The parcel hasn't arrived still
The parcel hasn't arrived still. It says delivered on Tuesday however no attempt was made to ring the doorbell and there's no image of where it was apparently delivered to. Please advise?

Please note that MDacne works with trusted third‑party couriers such as Royal Mail, UniUni, Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, Evri, and others. For your concern, we recommend contacting the courier assigned to your order directly (you can find the tracking number in the email confirmation). They will be able to confirm the delivery proof for your package.

Dry skin
So far I think I like it, I noticed the change in skin texture but it’s been about a week and a half of me using it. I noticed more breakouts and dryness of skin but I’m assuming it’s supposed to get worse before it gets better. I’m gonna stay consistent and hope for the best.

The feeling of getting the blackheads stripped away was so satisfying, though I don’t use it a lot but when I do it is extremely helpful. It leaves my skin smooth and glowy. I would buy the black heads removal strips again! One thing I would still say is that they are painful and sometimes they might not stick properly results in wasting the strip

First Impression
I haven’t used the product long enough to know if it’s made a huge diffference. I think the mosturizer was a bit too thin and didn’t absorb as much as i would have liked. Also this is more of a user error but if you get even a tiny bit of the cleanser into your eye it hurts very very bad.

Slowly seeing the results on my Sons…
Slowly seeing the results on my Sons face but I’m, It has slows down the acne but it keeps coming back and the treatment tube is too small…and He ran out already.
My 2nd order, was slightly incorrect. I ordered Hormonal acne but the 3rd Tube is Retinol which is for scars and blemishes. I expected the night Treatment.
