Great product and service
Great price that I couldn't get anywhere else. Communication was given throughout the whole process and delivery was quick. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly and the actual glass tank is of a great quality made even better that it comes with a protective mat for underneath. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great tanks for great prices
Great tanks for great prices. This is not my first order I have a 200L from 5 years ago still as good as the day it went up. This time I got the 250 and 3 45L tanks and the online service was perfect, quick to notify of order confirmation & updates on delivery. The delivery driver was faultless! All round excellent service would highly recommend

Purchase of aquarium
From start to finish, this was an excellent service. I received prompt acknowledgement of my order, was kept informed of delivery status, and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. For a delivery scheduled for between 9-11 am, he arrived at 9.01 am and was extremely helpful. First-class service and would highly recommend.

5* service
Everything was easy and no issues at all.
Delivery time was provided couple days in advance. Was delayed slightly (this was due to road works/ protests and main roads being closed so not the drivers fault). Driver called me to apologise and gave me a rough timeframe and turned up in that time frame.
Would happily use again and refer to anyone else looking to buy anything

About to order a 300L tank. Emailed the company to get info on what other equipment I may need, as I was a beginner.
Their reply: buy a smaller tank (Very Helpful).I Then tried 3 times to contact them by phone=Not available. What does this say about the company, even before I buy, what afterwards!!

We’re sorry to hear that our suggestion to start with a smaller aquarium came across the wrong way. Our intention was purely to offer helpful advice — as a 300L tank can be quite challenging to maintain for someone new to the hobby. We always try to make sure our customers have the best possible experience and long-term success with their aquarium.
