MB Removals are a very professional organised team of lads.
Extremely prompt service calling before collection. Respectful towards my property causing no damage when removing a sofa from our property. Courteous towards myself. The delivery to another property was exactly the same, the customer couldn’t praise them enough! This is the second time I have booked there services and both times consistently reliable, fast removal, really nice genuine friendly lads and very trustworthy. Have used this company in the past are were really great back then too.

Recently they did two removals jobs for me to my new house, including sofas, beds, 12ft trampoline, garden furniture, drawers and all without a mark during the move.

MB removals were great from start to finish. Very punctual and very friendly. They are very professional, making sure no paintwork/furniture/lights are damaged during the delivery. I was very happy with the price and the work. Will be using these guys again

MB Removals moved us at very short notice, and Mark and his team were excellent throughout. They were professional, organised, and reassuring from start to finish. The team worked efficiently and treated our belongings with care, which made a real difference on the day.

They are known as number one in Sunderland, and I would take that further they could be number one in the UK. I rang MB the owner i spoke to came to me rescue and said he would help me out.
I was so grateful .
He came the next day, he got me moved quick and was an excellent worker.
Also very polite and a lovely guy.

FANTASTIC. I've used MB twice. I booked two vans to collect from two locations, both arrived early which was a bonus. Mark was his usual self, first class, his guys were also absolutely fantastic, a credit to Mark and his business. Smart, very polite and nothing was a trouble for them, I never touched a single box. I was panicking about getting my two large sofas in, however Mark took one look and said they'd come in no bother, which they did without even taking the feet off, that's experience and I'm normally a good judge myself. Very fair price as well. What was potentially a stressful day literally turned into a good easy day, what a relief. That's solely thanks to Mark and his guys.

Absolutely fantastic service! Moved me from house to an apartment. Completely professional, the whole move was completed in a hour and half considering there was 4 flights of stairs that’s pretty impressive. All movers were lovely. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

These boys made what is usually a stressful experience really easy. They were professional, courtious and on time. They took great care with all of my belongings and worked non stop. Nothing was too much trouble for these boys. They even laid out my plant pots in the front garden, which made me laugh. Thanks so much for your help with my move and I would not hesitate to reccomend this company if you are needing a removal company.

Made use of MB Removals to move to our new home. Outstanding service. All items were moved across with no hassle. Mark was so easy to arrange with, and responded quickly to messages. The whole team were just wonderful to work with, polite and efficient, and accommodating to the environment. Would absolutely use MB Removals without a second thought should I require such services again. 5 star rating on every level.

I have used MB Removals twice already, one from moving my things from a 3rd floor flat to a storage, and from the storage to the house I purchased. From the first removal, Michael and Ethan have been so polite and careful of my boxes and furniture, despite the challenge of bringing them down from a 3rd floor flat. They handled my things with care and was super patient with me when I was transferring half of the books from one box to another to lessen the load. They stacked up my things with great care in the storage and are very careful with the glass cabinets and easels.

The second removal from the storage to my house was better, and they are already familiar with my things so it was a very good experience overall. They are so lovely and polite and uncomplaining. Communication from the initial contact until the final end of the 2nd removal is so good, I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend them.

Just used MB Removals today and can’t fault them. From the outset their professionalism was outstanding. They were accommodating and courteous throughout taking care of all items whilst in transit. I would highly recommended this company and will be booking them again in the near future! Well done lads!

I would highly recommend this company, They arrived on time moved everything with ease, polite friendly service, they put you at ease . When we arrived at new place they were great, put everything in rooms stated. I was over the moon with the service they provided.
