This five star goes to the Professional Security guard in Mbank Mall of the Emirates Mr Brian Zziwa,for dealing with some difficult customers professionally without being rude and being fair to all.

احب ان اشكر هذا الموظف Shamil Pereira. على حسن تعامله معي لقد اغلقت حسابي في بنك ماريا لأنهم لم يكونوا واضحين من البدايه عندما فتحت حساب لديهم اخبروني انه مجاني وبعد فتره تغير الموضوع وأصبح هناك فرض خصم على الحسابيات اللتي لا يوجد بها حركه لكن برنامج البنك

About twenty thousand dirhams of my money was stolen from this bank by a hacker due to the low security of the bank and the lack of expertise of the security team. No one care me after two months calling and texting. I hope that the UAE court will address the situation of this bank as soon as possible with the complaints of the people.

1. Every time I make an online purchase, even from Google, my card gets blocked and I have to wait a long time to talk to an operator and verify my identity!

2- The absence of a SWIFT code restricts international transactions entirely, limiting the bank's services strictly to local transfers.

3.Without any prior notice, my account was blocked and I have no access to my money! My bank login account in the app is also blocked! That means I can't even place a ticket! A basic masterpiece from this useless bank !

1- The charge of 25 AED for issuing a bank card was not transparently disclosed during the account registration process, leading to unexpected costs for customers.

2- The initial three transactions took nearly a week to reflect in the account, which significantly impacts customer convenience and efficiency.

3- The absence of a SWIFT code restricts international transactions entirely, limiting the bank's services strictly to local transfers.

International purchases are unsupported, as evidenced by failed attempts to buy clothing from established international brands. Customer support has confirmed these limitations, indicating minimal integration with global payment systems.

This raises a critical question: How can the bank promote itself as a leading digital and online banking institution while lacking fundamental support for international and digital transactions? Addressing these limitations would be essential for the bank to genuinely achieve the digital innovation it advertises.

OMG I wish I first checked these reviews before opening this account I regret so much😭😭worst bank every,they have few options but still make sure to get money from you,they don’t pick up calls I have so much to say but I’m so angry that’s words are few now,anyone reading this review don’t open up their account it’s fraud

My monthly salary have been transferred from my account. still no one is helping me.

Poor online bank

Transfer money to maryah bank from my dib but not credited

Two other bank accounts has sent me money three days ago but i didn't receive them yet although the two bank accounts are already added as a beneficiary to me and to them and usually when they send money i receive it immediately, and it's been two days since they sent the transfers!!
And i sent the transfers and everything through email too, no one contacted me and i still didn't receive anything.
One of the "agents" told me the transfers will be sent back to the accounts but today i received one of them but i didn't receive the first one!
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! How could a bank do that!
And i keep calling but no one is answering and the live agent keeps telling me an agent will contact me but no one does!!!

And i already stated it's an urgent situation!

Extremely bad i made a refund processing time ages unbelievable bad.

Again a refund has been proccessing for over 22 days and not even sure it will reflect or no definitely I will file a complaint for the central bank I dont even know how they got there liscence with this quality of
service

They started charging extra 3%+ VAT on all non-UAE payments starting Nov24. Nonsense!!

This is fraud bank.. never open open account with this bank. They say zero balance account and then suddenly charges 25 dhs. Telling non transaction changes which were never mentioned before. And even after requesting to close the account no body responds even after 10 days. Uae central bank should take action against these fraud bank

Very very very bad service not suggesting anyone please dont use them

Nagitive customer service and Nagitive bank 😭😭Now it is 2nd week was sent money and but the person whom sent amount he did not received keep calling them and not responding proper and they dont know where is the amount it is 1400 really disappointed services.
Im not sure that if they return the amount they will take it.

Why is my account verification still pending since 3weeks and you’re sending me statement of account for last month??? What type of bank is this?

When I ask the customer care then tell they need documents

Then they tell me 24 hours will active

Drama Start that time
Next Day again please wait 24 hours

Third day

Sir within 24 hours please wait

4 th day
Sir be patient

5th day
Under review active as soon as possible

I seen never that situation other bank

Every UAE bank is super fast account activation everything

I hope central bank will see the reviews

Please take the action for customers harassment for banking

I have the most satisfactory customer service experience today 12th May 2024. I was attended by Mr Mohammed Al Atowi from the Mall of Emirates branch. This guy is a professional. He is the best of it's kind. I will recommend MBank to my friends as the best bank with the best customer care. They will assist you and make sure your problem is resolved ASAP. I wish they will maintain this type of service in all their branches worldwide. Thank you MBank for your service. Am happy banking with you.
