They worked again and again to make sure that no matter what I would be happy with the results. Evan was very timely on his responses and gave great advise and service to turn my vision into a masterpiece.

I ordered a company patch (qty 10) a month ago. The patch had an iron on backing and worked well. We had just made a second order of 20 pieces, and received a bonus of extra patches. Communication was great and without any barriers.

The customer service was great. There expedited my order for delivery due to a fund raiser event date. I truly appreciated their effort. The patch was excellent. The only issue I had was the adhesive. Luckily I had tacky glue at home. Otherwise, I'll be ordering from them again in a couple of days.

Max Emblem worked with me on several design changes and was very quick to respond to all changes or inquiries. I received my pins exactly when promised. The quality of the hard enamel pins was good.
