Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Mashvisor is a real estate analytics and investment research platform built to help investors, agents, property managers, and PropTech teams make smarter real estate decisions with data. Our platform helps users analyze traditional long-term rentals and short-term rental/Airbnb investment opportunities across the U.S. Instead of spending hours collecting property, rental, and market data manually, Mashvisor brings key investment insights together in one place, including rental income estimates, occupancy insights, cash flow analysis, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, comparable rentals, neighborhood trends, and market-level performance data. Mashvisor is used by individual real estate investors looking for profitable rental properties, as well as businesses that need reliable real estate and rental data through dashboards, reports, or API integrations. Our data solutions support use cases such as property analysis, market research, lead qualification, STR and LTR investment modeling, and rental revenue estimation. Our mission is simple: make real estate investment analysis faster, easier, and more data-driven. Whether you are comparing cities, evaluating a specific property, researching rental comps, or building a real estate product, Mashvisor helps turn complex property data into clear investment insights.

Intuitive property intelligence for beginners
Mashvisor gave me the tools to identify and decision my first real estate investment with confidence. Having little to no property analysis experience, I was able to quickly learn and evaluate thousands of properties at an accelerated rate.

Uses fraud scheme to charge unfairly. Look at BBB.
Even after experiencing identity theft and having a fraudulent charge on my credit card from this company, they refused to reverse the charges. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and reported the fraud to my CC company.
They have ruthless business practices with no empathy for the situation. In addition there are countless reviews on Trustpilot and BBB outlining how even after cancelling they continue to charge their credit cards. Stay away from this company! There are better solutions out there.

Mashvisor is essential!
The Mashvisor team members who met with me answered all my questions and showed me several tools on the platform that I was not familiar with. They were easy to talk to and really listened to my questions and what I was looking for. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. Mashvisor is essential for my investment property search and I hope to use the manage function very soon!
