We are delighted with Yamaha U1 piano. The Mark Goodwin team were extremely helpful in answering my questions before ordering, and in organising for delivery to coincide for my wife’s 40th birthday. The delivery team were courteous and efficient. We’ve all enjoyed playing the piano, which arrived looking immaculate.

I purchased a 1973 U3 from Mark and the team. I was not able to visit the showroom or to organise a demo. I just asked them to choose something they thought would suit the type of music I played. So it felt like a little bit of a risk not seeing or hearing it but I was so impressed by the online information and guides that I felt pretty confident. The piano arrived safely and was very carefully put in place. It looked brand new, not a single scratch of mark! It's a stunning piano. Unbelievable considering the age. It sounds amazing and I really happy with the choice they made for me. Very highly recommended.

I have never purchased a piano before and was very uncertain about making such a large purchase online. I liked the information and videos that l saw on Mark Godwin’s website which helped me to decide what type of piano to go for. l spoke to Julie, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful . When the piano arrived- l was blown away-the condition it was first class - it was show room condition not a scratch or defect and the quality of the sound was excellent too. Knowing what I was looking for, Mark made me an excellent offer. As I couldn't see the piano in person, Mark and the team sent videos and all the photos were of great quality.
About the piano: the instrument arrived on the date we agreed we agreed, in fantastic playing and aesthetic condition - straightforward as that - couldn't be happier.

We chose a beautifully reconditioned Yamaha U3 with the AdSilent system, and we couldn’t be happier. The piano looks and sounds fantastic, and the silent function has been invaluable, allowing both my daughter and me to practise whenever we like without driving the rest of the family bonkers!

Mark, Julie and Louis booked to come and collect an upright piano. Far too heavy for me to deal with.
WhatsApp’d Mark and he promised to come a few days later- date and time confirmed.
True to their word they let me know 30 mins before arriving and actually arrived on time. (Not something many people manage).
From the outset they were very professional and explained how they were going to remove the piano.
Everything went as promised. Very careful not to damage door surrounds etc and in no time it was done in spite of a tricky doorway to be dealt with. Not often you have great service with no collateral damage.
I cannot praise the team enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any piano removal/ relocation.
