J'apprécie le thé en vrac, je suis cliente depuis de nombreuses années. Je mets un bémol à la personne qui prend les commandes en ligne. Il est claire, on la dérange. Combien de chômeurs seraient heureux de ce poste ?
Et dit : mais si vous savez commander en ligne.
Donc je commande en ligne 195 euros en 1 an.

Prodotti di scarsa qualità e servizio clienti inesistente. Fu acquistato un earl grey Imperial e il earl grey french Blue 67 euro. Quando li ho ricevuti ho scoperto che al loro interno non è presente del vero bergamotto ma dei più generici "aromi" di origine sintetica. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo di trovare quantomeno dell'ottimo tè con vero bergamotto magari di Sicilia! Come se non bastasse in etichetta il tè dichiara la presenza di allergeni.
Così ho prontamente scritto all'assistenza clienti per chiedere il reso ma sono già trascorse due settimane e non ho ricevuto risposta.

Bonjour ,j'ai acheté le thé Financier a 27 euros ...et lors de l'ouverture j'ai constaté qu'il y avait beaucoup de poussière de thé que de feuilles...j'ai contacté le SAV qui doit prendre les clients pour des idiots vu qu'ils m'ont répondu que ce sont des brisures et que cela est normal ...comme si c'était la première fois que j'achètais du thé en vrac...bref vu les tarifs et la qualité et le super SAV je change de marque...

Cela fait bientôt 10 ans que je bois du thé Mariage, je n'ai jamais été déçu. Je passe toujours un excellent moment dans leurs salons de thé et je note particulièrement l'agréabilité des vendeurs !

I have FedEx reaching out and asking me to fill in documentation about food importing? I reached out to company, and as other users reported their customer service is inexistent. No response. They might have a good product but I am afraid I will not be trying it any time soon.

Je suis cliente internet depuis 2018, Mariage frères m’a fait parvenir, début septembre 2025, un colis dans un point relais. J’ai refusé le colis car il était éventré. Le point relais a retourné le colis. J’ai fait une réclamation auprès du site avec les justificatifs colissimo de retour. Ils ont accusé réception du dossier et depuis mes relances restent sans réponse

Très heureux de mon expérience d'achat, j'ai offert un atelier découverte du thé à ma nièce qui a beaucoup apprécié celui-ci et qui a passé un très bon moment.

Cliente de longue date, j'ai découvert récemment leur site en ligne. Tout s'est très bien déroulé, livrée rapidement et un thé et toujours aussi délicieux. Je recommande !

Les thés sont excellents, rien à redire sur la qualité et les saveurs : c’est toujours un plaisir.
En revanche, je suis très déçue par un point précis concernant l’infusion de fruits Marco Polo vendue dans le flacon boule blanc.
J’ai acheté ce flacon, que je trouve par ailleurs très joli, mais je regrette fortement que Mariage Frères ne propose pas de recharge pour ce “Fruit Tea”. Je n’ai aucune envie de racheter indéfiniment des flacons boules uniquement pour pouvoir continuer à consommer cette infusion, pourtant délicieuse.
C’est vraiment dommage, d’autant plus que cela va à l’encontre d’une démarche écologique et responsable que l’on pourrait attendre d’une maison de ce standing. Cela vous vaut deux étoiles en moins ! Sans solution de recharge, je préfère malheureusement renoncer à ce produit.

Moyennement convaincu par la qualité des derniers thés que j'ai commandé, pourtant je jsuis une fan de l'enseigne..

Ordered on the 1st of december 000139913 never arrived!!! Wrote 6 times to customer service but never got an answer! Spent more then 150€ and cant get a refound! This is embarassing! BE AWARE!

Do not order from them in the US!!! You will not receive your package and the customer service does not exist. They won’t return your money and will not respond!! If you try and leave a comment about their issue on their instagram, they will delete them !! That have horrible customer service and don’t return your money.

Deux fois que j'achète du thé chez eux, deux fois que j'y retrouve des asticots. Peut-être le prix est indexé sur le prix de la viande qui sait.

Si le thé est plutôt de bonne qualité, le site n'est pas à la hauteur.
Les dates promises de livraison ne sont pas conformes, beaucoup plus longues !!
Et aucune réponse aux mails déposés ....

J'aime beaucoup les thés mariage frères, j'en ai toujours chez moi une dizaine. Cette année, pour découvrir de nouveaux parfum, j'ai commandé le calendrier de l'avent "Noël Lucky"... Grosse déception ! La moitié des thés avaient un goût terne, moyen, voire franchement mauvais. Aucun ne m'a donné envie de l'acheter par la suite. Et les cases n'étaient pas faciles à ouvrir.
Bref, heureusement que je connais déjà votre marque et ses produits car juste avec le calendrier, je ne serais jamais revenue dans vos boutiques.

Commande passée le 17 décembre pour plus de 70€ de thés, chocolats, biscuits et toujours aucun suivi de commande alors qu'il est bien stipulé sur le site "livraison en 1 à 3 jours ouvrés" aucun mail pour me tenir informé de quoi que ce soit, je les ai contacté ce matin pour avoir des renseignements, aucun retour de leur part. Je n'aurais pas ma commande pour Noël, ce qui est fâcheux car c'était un cadeau. Je suis très déçue.
