Tracie provided excellent service with a good grasp at what we wanted from our new home. She was also flexible with her schedule which we were grateful for. Tracy helped us also afterwards with finding a lawyer, preferred bank, gave us several good recommendations as to shops and service providers. We still keep in contact with Tracie over an year after purchasing our new home.

Cannot thank Tracie enough. Her patience, diligence and support have been second to none. She has a lovely bubbly personality and solved every problem no matter how small. We worked with Tracie Buckman to view properties and then purchase a property over a time period of several weeks. From our very first contact with Tracie we found her to be fantastic. She always responded to emails very quickly and accurately. Whilst reviewing property she always arrived exactly on time and provided really useful advice throughout the whole process. Once we identified a property Tracie helped us through the purchasing process with everything. Even after finalisation of the purchase she still followed up with us to make sure we were happy and to offer suggestions of companies who could help with anything we wanted doing to the property. As well as being highly efficient and professional she is also a really lovely considerate person to be around. We would highly recommend the company and Tracie.

MDL really deserves 5 stars. We met with Tracie last year when we were looking to buy a villa in Spain. She arranged over 20+ viewings for us until we found our perfect house. Her knowledge of the market & Costa del Sol is outstanding.
After such a positive experience we subsequently bought some apartments to rent (again with Tracie‘s expert guidance). These are now managed by Carla at MDL. Carla is a consummate professional when dealing with both clients & ourselves. She goes above & beyond at all times to make the rental of our properties as seamless as possible. No request however big or small goes unanswered. She is honest & trustworthy which is so important.

Marbella Dream Living to bardzo dobra agencja nieruchomości, pomocna, cierpliwa i skuteczna. Zwłaszcza Pani Paulina i Benoit przy naszej wizycie wykazali się ogromną znajomością rynku i wyszukali dla nas super ofertę zaledwie 20 metrów od morza i z pięknym widokiem.
Na sprzedaży nieruchomości ich pomoc się nie zakończyła, do dziś mamy bardzo dobry kontakt.

MDL are a great Estate Agency. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They all know their stuff, and unlike other agencies are not at all pushy. They really go out of their way to find the best property options for you and have endless patience to make sure to find what you want.

Helen gave us a good selection of apartments over a period of months. Helen was courteous, helpful and never too pushy. On our visit and tour Beniot and Helen guided us through the purchase process offering good advice all the way.

After purchase they gave recommendations on currency exchange and interior design and furniture which was most useful.

We thoroughly recommend them. We couldn’t have wanted any more from a Real Estate Agent.

MDL could not have been more helpful. They are not at all pushy and genuinely seemed to care that we saw properties we would
like within our price range. Leendert, the gentleman who showed us around, picked us up each day and drove us around to the viewings. They also introduced us to a lawyer and gave good advice re transferring funds to Spain.
