Marathonbet aceptó mis apuestas normalmente en partidos públicos y líquidos de Champions League y Copa Libertadores. Después de finalizados los eventos, decidieron cerrar mi cuenta y liquidar todas las apuestas a cuota 1.00, incluyendo una apuesta ganadora.

Mi cuenta fue verificada al 100%. Envié toda la documentación solicitada, incluyendo identidad, métodos de pago y validaciones requeridas por la empresa.

Tuve varias apuestas perdidas, por lo que no existía ningún patrón de ganancias aseguradas ni arbitraje. Aun así, la empresa anuló la apuesta ganadora después del resultado y posteriormente dejó de responder mis correos.

Deposité 3096 PEN y solo devolvieron 2786.40 PEN, indicando posibles “comisiones de procesamiento”, sin entregar un desglose claro.

Además, Marathonbet retuvo injustamente 1432.82 PEN correspondientes a ganancias legítimas de apuestas previamente aceptadas.

Mi reclamo principal es que las apuestas fueron aceptadas antes de los partidos y anuladas únicamente después de conocerse los resultados.

Tengo comprobantes, historial de apuestas, validación completa de cuenta y el correo oficial enviado por Marathonbet.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marathonbet.

My account was fully verified. I provided all requested documents, including ID verification and cryptocurrency wallet verification. The verification process took many steps and I fully cooperated with their support team.

After that, Marathonbet continued accepting my deposits and allowed me to place bets normally. I won around $155 in profit fairly on NHL bets.

Then, after the win, Marathonbet suddenly closed my account and recalculated all bets with odds 1.00, effectively confiscating all winnings. Only my remaining balance was returned.

What makes this situation especially unfair is that support previously informed me that my account was allowed to be used, and only later they changed their decision after my successful bets.

This feels extremely dishonest and unprofessional. If there was any issue with the account, it should have been resolved BEFORE accepting deposits and bets — not after a player wins.

Very disappointing experience with a bookmaker that used to have a much better reputation years ago.

Update:
Marathonbet replied with a generic response about “procedures and regulations” but completely ignored the main issue.
The company had already reviewed my account situation during verification and explicitly confirmed that I was allowed to continue using my current account, while only the old account from around 10 years ago would be closed.
After this confirmation:
they continued the verification process,
accepted my deposits,
and allowed gameplay normally.
Only after I accumulated winnings did they suddenly close the account and recalculate all results with odds 1.00.
This is exactly why I consider their actions unfair and misleading.

I have contacted both official email addresses multiple times you mentioned in your latest response.

No substantive reply from either address.
Emails sent to the .com support addresses are returned as undeliverable (“not deliverable to you”).
When I call the phone number (+44 203 318 1343 or others), nobody answers.
The only response I have received so far comes from the UK team (Marathonbet.co.uk), who clearly stated they are not responsible for my account on marathonbet.com and advised me to contact the .com team.

This is completely unacceptable. My case involves the sudden deduction of $2,991.92 on 11 April 2026 at 16:44 through more than 20 unexplained “Bet Settlement Corrections” right after legitimate Roulette winnings. All bets had settled correctly beforehand.
My formal complaint PDF (which I already sent multiple times) is attached again to this review for transparency.
My case should already be known internally at Marathonbet. Instead of generic replies, I expect the responsible .com team to:

Confirm receipt immediately
Provide a detailed explanation for every single correction
Credit the full $2,991.92 back to my account or allow unrestricted withdrawal within the next 5 business days

My lawyers are fully briefed and included in all correspondence. I have already escalated to AskGamblers and will now proceed with formal complaints to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, Swiss consumer protection authorities, and any other relevant bodies if there is no proper response soon.
Marathonbet Team, please contact me directly and resolve this matter. Ghosting and redirecting between .com and .co.uk is not a professional way to handle player funds.

La mia esperienza con Marathonbet Italia è attualmente la peggiore in anni di betting, per i seguenti motivi oggettivi:

- Blocco Prelievi e Revisioni Infinite:
Nonostante l'account sia stato ripristinato dopo i controlli anti-riciclaggio, i prelievi su PayPal restano in stato di "prenotazione" da 4 giorni. È una condotta incoerente e priva di basi legali: se l'identità è validata per giocare, deve esserlo anche per prelevare. Segnalo inoltre che, durante la fase di revisione, non viene inviata alcuna comunicazione ufficiale via e-mail, il che viola palesemente le linee guida sulla trasparenza e gli obblighi di comunicazione previsti da ADM. Il supporto sostiene in modo supponente che il problema sia della mia posta, ma è evidente che si tratti di un problema tecnico dei vostri server verso determinati domini o, peggio, di una scelta voluta per isolare l'utente. Inoltre, impedire il prelievo dopo aver accettato i documenti suggerisce una volontà ostruzionistica inaccettabile, finalizzata a indurre l'utente ad annullare la richiesta per rigiocare la somma;

- Limitazioni e Cashout:
Dopo le prime vincite, l'opzione di cashout è stata disattivata e l'account limitato. Un comportamento che penalizza l'utente non appena si dimostra vincente;

- Disservizio Tecnico (19/04):
Sito irraggiungibile per quasi l'intera domenica. L'impossibilità di operare o coprirsi (cashout - per chi può usarlo) durante gli eventi live è un danno economico diretto per lo scommettitore.

- Trasparenza Bonus:
Il sistema dei Fun Bonus che decadono al primo prelievo è una pratica commerciale dubbia, volta solo a trattenere forzatamente il capitale dell'utente.

Vorrei dare meno di una stella perché sono VERGOGNOSI per non dire peggio ossia che sia una truffa, ma lo penso fortemente.
