I submitted my passport & bank statement as Proof of ID & Address. But they asked for further documents such as proof of transaction & another ID, so I sent them my betting transaction + official birth certificate. Now they are asking for either military doc or driving licence, I am neither a military person nor drive car, it seems they deliverately making the system difficult so I can't withdraw my money, such an unprofessional & annoying site

Hola,me llamo Isaac,hace casi tres semanas que me han bloqueado la cuenta y me impiden retirar los fondos (4000 euros).No he ganado ni una sola apuesta en Marathonbet y aún así me bloquean la cuenta esgrimiendo cuál es el origen de los depósitos,si son lícitos o no.Una vez enviado nómina,extractos bancarios..etc,continúan con la supuesta revisión de los documentos( lo dicho casi tres semanas) y el servicio de atención al cliente con continuas evasivas.A día de hoy, aún no puedo decir que sean unos estafadores dado que los fondos siguen en la cuenta virtual pero sí es decepcionante las formas,el intrusismo en los documentos remitidos y el periodo de tiempo que llevan con la dichosa revisión.
No quiero hacer una campaña de desprestigio contra ninguna empresa, pero de largo es la peor casa de apuestas de las cinco que conozco.Gracias.

Lamentable. Me cierran la cuenta sin ninguna excusa aludiendo a que no cumplo con sus términos y condiciones. Y cuando les pregunto en qué he podido infringir, me dan largas y no me aclaran el motivo. Esta claro que no les gustan los jugadores que ganan. Estafadores!

After spending on slots and at only 20p to 40p per go, realising I'd put £125 on and got 2 features for that amount of spins it's time to close the account as I don't mind losing but at least make it fair and give the punter some sort of enjoyment. Credevo di essere un caso isolato ma vedo invece che trattasi di un modus operandi.
Anche a me è stato bloccato il conto e i soldi su di esso; si potrebbe dire per evitarmi di prelevare in quanto il blocco è avvenuto nel momento esatto in cui le mie due scommesse si sono tramutate in vincenti. Richieste di documenti incredibili poi; ho mandato addirittura l'atto di casa ma ancora il conto è bloccato. La cosa ancora più inconcepibile è che chiedono la provenienza dei miei fondi; dimostrata tra l'altro; ma ovviamente il blocco segue alcuni prelievi richiesti perciò sono perfettamente a conoscenza che i fondi giocati sono quelli bonificati da loro. Sembrerebbe un modus operandi; un cliente finché carica e gioca va bene se preleva ed è in pareggio o in attivo va bloccato.

I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.
