Maramani cares for its customers and the house plan package is excellent. It would be cost-effective for customers if the Site Plan is included as part of the plan package cost.

Hi Israel,
Thank you for your review :) We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the communication over the weekend. Although our official office hours are from Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm GMT +3 we do our best to also reply to emails and messages outside office hours. However, we are not always able to reply as quickly on weekends. If you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch :)
Great Experience!
WhatsApp service is fairly adequate and interactive. I paid and got what I wanted within the hour. The plans are very accurate and well-thought of. I think maramani.com is a great player.

I think the plan sketches are good
I think the plan sketches are good. I have reviewed a number of them. My suggestion is you may have to display one floor sketch of each plan on the page in addition to the exterior pictures.

Amazing house design
Once I identified a plan that I wanted, with some changes done to it, I was able to get clear information from a dedicated representative who walked with me through the entire process. The drawings were submitted as desired and delivery done even before the agreed timeline!
