The process for ordering, approving artwork, and signing off on the order was cumbersome and poorly communicated. Our product's arrival was also delayed by months, which I might have overlooked were it not for the service experience. No one bothered to let me know that the product shipment was delayed. I had to constantly chase for information. Although the product I wanted was priced far lower than at any of the few retailers I could find who offered it, my experience with customer service was so terrible that I will never work with this company again.

My first 3 emails (11/17, 11/28, 12/2) to Mapleleaf were completely unanswered. I had to call to get any service.
Just disappointed this year when it came to ordering.

Ordered back in August specified I needed it by September 30 received it November 20 company doesn’t care 3 years of this still have to deal with them because they are the only company offering this product

This order became a time is of the essence concern when we found that the end user was being transferred out of country and really needed these lip balms for the work he and his team do. I explained this to MapleLeaf and they bent over backwards to fill the order and get it shipped in record time. We are repeat customers but the way they treated us, you would think we were royalty! Very reasonable price for the desk calendars I ordered, even though I only bought small quantity. The customer service did an excellent job in following up with the design and finalizing the order. Their service is highly recommended.

We have purchased many items over the past several years. This is the first time that I have dealt with an individual who produced an inaccurate depiction of the product reorder requested, and then refused after see past proofs to provide us with a correct proof. This resulted in multiple miscommunications and extensive time delaying the production and receiving the final item. Although our payment was accepted immediately. The only reason I gave a three star is that the product was what we requested. Please assign us a new rep if possible for future purchases.
