I had a great experience buying a property through Manning Stainton in Pudsey.
In particular Gemma and Rochelle were great at providing regular updates and chasing things up with all parties. They made the process so much easier.
Thank you both for your help.

We recently sold with pudsey branch and Briony mainly looked after us. Briony did a brilliant job keeping us well informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend pudsey Manningstainton.

We have just sold our rental extremely quickly with the help of Ellie from Manning Stainton Pudsey.
Ellie kept myself and my husband updated all the way with the process of the sale.
Very honest and respectful young lady.

Sold through Mannings Pudsey and must mention Emma, Debbie, Gemma, Tori and Rochelle - all fab very friendly, helpful and all deserve raises!!

Thank you Manning Stainton for expert care you have provided in the selling or our home. Ben was our initial contact and made us feel well taken care of with regards to the process and the confidence we would have in using Manning Stainton and the full team have lived up to that. Ellie Garside was our sales representative and really pulled it out of the bag in being able to get the property on line, keeping us informed of it's status and getting in viewings super quick. This has really hassle free process and we are grateful for the attentive care. We have now had our handover to Habib who is looking after us now that the property has sold, a very smooth handover, a lovely introductory call and again the confidence that we are in good hands. Thank you all!!

Sara could not have been better!! She made buying my house a genuine pleasure, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Always in touch regarding the process

We recently sold our house through Manning Stainton and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

A special mention goes to Sara Wilson, who was excellent throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, kept us regularly updated, and ensured we were informed as soon as any progress was made.

Sara’s proactive approach, professionalism, and communication really stood out and put other estate agents within our chain to shame. Her support helped make what can often be a stressful process feel far more manageable. We’re very grateful for all her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Manning Stainton to others.

I recently purchased a home through Manning Stainton. The service provided from start to finish was impeccable. Gemma and Rochelle were really responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the journey. Everything felt smooth and well-managed. Would recommend.

I've just completed on a house with this branch. In the first stages I was supported by Ellie Garside, up to and including the price negotiation. She was very helpful and helped me arrange a large number of viewings in a short time, helping me plan out daily routes and being very efficient and friendly in general in her communications. She also brought us to a fair figure in the negotiations in my eyes.

The rest of the process, up to and including completion, was managed by Rochelle Sykes and Gemma Payne, splitting the days of the week between them in terms of attendance. While I have a thing or two to say about the UK house buying process in general and the quality of the solicitors, these two ladies navigated this long and tedious process with the utmost care and support. When information was scarce or confusing, one of them would always have the latest accurate updates available and respond quickly. Despite splitting the days between them, I never had the idea that information was lost in the mid-week handover, and both seemed to work perfectly in tandem.

I would highly recommend all three of the employees involved in my purchase.

Manning Stainton is extremely professional. I have been searching for a property to buy and found this agent really efficient and understanding. It was my first time buying and selling a property and I could not have done this without their patient and caring service that guides you through every aspect of it. In particular I have worked with Briony Gleadhil who is based at the Pudsey branch. Briony was very quick to respond to any questions I had and guided me through the process making sure I understood everything. She is very kind and caring and patient and helps to alleviate what can be a stressful process.

Ellie was great. Fast response times and helped get everything sorted especially as we are first time buyers. Couldn’t fault them.

Ellie has been fantastic looking after our property. Ellie has kept in touch every step of the way . The service we have received as been expentional.

They are pretty useless. Lack of communication between them and they never do anything but say they’ll sort it and never do anything

Lovely and polite people but they just don’t do anything. Always want to pass a problem on. They are renting out properties unsuitable for living

Worse letting agent ever

Gemma and Rochelle were really, really helpful and kind. We were FTBs and so were pretty clueless on the process. They continually kept us updated, helped proactively chase our solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. We had a bad experience with our solicitor and they did their very best to keep us positive. Thank you so much - we really appreciated you guys.

Manning Stainton were very professional and Sara made the whole process very smooth.

My experience with Manning Stainton has been brilliant from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly (even the tricky bits) and Rochelle and Gemma in particular have been so responsive and informative, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from Manning Stainton during the sale. Sara Wilson, Move Manager, was fantastic. Sara gave frequent updates which was very helpful during the whole process. Thank you!

When purchasing our property we were dealing with Sara the Move manager. She provided excellent service and was very supportive throughout the whole process

Ellie was very communicative and I felt she was honest and transparent in our conversations, and was able to advise us on the best action
