Kyle, especially, was a stalwart in the process making contact with me on a weekly basis to explain the current position of those involved in the chain. Once a sale was agreed Lesley became instrumental in keeping me updated regularly explaining the detail of the process and assuring me each step of the way. Sarah, the branch manager, showed immense patience and an always smiling and friendly demeanour when things were not always straightforward. They are a credit to the business.

First time house buying made easy

We bought our first home together recently through Manning Stainton. The process with the seller and solicitors wasn't straightforward, however Mannings were fantastic.

We had plenty of clear communication and Charlotte Poutney in particular was really helpful. Buying a house is stressful at the best of times but Charlotte's clear and responsive and regular communications made the process much better. Would recommend in a heartbeat, and thankyou Charlotte!
