Excellent service from beginning to end. Both Darcey ( Sales Negotiator) and Phoebe (Move Manager) were proactive and communicated with me regularly.

Phoebe was a massive help in not only completing my sale but chasing the entire chain and regularly keeping me updated, my sale would have been very stressful had it not been for her help and support!!!

We've purchased our first house through Manning Stainton. We were followed by Phoebe and she's been in top of everything all throughout the process, with prompt replies and follow-ups. They gave us a "starter kit" for moving in with coupons for shops, a little toolbox, teas and coffees.

From initial inspection with Teresa to the move manager process with Phoebe and a couple of extra visits to the property from Callum and his team, I cannot fault Manning Stainton Garforth. They were super helpful along every step and made purchasing my new first house easy and stress free. Would highly reccomend!

Initial support was poor but I was then allocated the care of Phoebe.
This was a 100 % better for me.
Phoebe kept me up to date all the way along.
Professional and informative i would be happy you be under her care again.
Thank you.

Pleasure dealing with, Calum knew exactly what he was doing when putting the house on the market and Joanne was very helpful !
Happy to deal with again

We sold our property with Manning Stainton, Garforth branch. It did take a while to sell but we have been happy with the service we received. Friendly and professional staff during the whole process. Particularly grateful to Callum in branch and then Phoebe who helped keep us on track once we’d received our offer. Many thanks.

I was a first time buyer and the listing was with manning Stainton in garforth Leeds , they made it so easy - first dealt with Faith and Theresa - who were extremely kind and warm. Then I was put in touch with a move manger called Phoebe you took me right through till completion - Phoebe was amazing for me she was already chasing stuff with the sellers side before I had to ask and sending daily or weekly updates ! Couldn’t recommend the garforth team or Phoebe enough!!

Good job done by all - especially Phoebe.

I recently used Manning Stainton Garforth Branch for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

This was also a very difficult time for me personally, and the care, understanding, and consideration shown by the team meant a great deal. They went above and beyond to provide support when it was needed most.

A special mention must go to Phoebe, who was absolutely exceptional throughout. She kept me updated weekly, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. She also regularly liaised and negotiated between myself and the solicitors, which was incredibly helpful and took a huge amount of pressure off me.

They were helpful, compassionate, and proactive throughout the whole process and I would not hesitate to use Manning Stainton Garforth Branch again and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Would highly recommend Manning Stainton who were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me through a difficult sale. Always kept me informed and chased up solicitors when needed. I left the key with them to handle all viewings etc which were handled without any issues.

When selling a house or moving home I would recommend them particularly the Garforth branch. Staff were very good and professional especially Catherine who sorted everything.

Fantastic service and support from the Manning Garforth Office - in particular Emma and Callum. A fast and efficient process with sound advice throughout.

We recently purchased our first home and Phoebe Penrose, the move manager was extremely helpful throughout this process. Constantly keeping the sale moving and providing plenty of updates throughout.

Good, professional service all round. Phoebe looked after us very well, thanks all

Emma Hart at the Garforth branch managed both the sale and purchase of our property, and she and her team were fantastic throughout. Communication was excellent at every stage, keeping us fully informed on developments, offers, and progress.

As with most property transactions, the sale wasn’t straightforward, but Emma remained calm and reassuring at all times, guiding us through any challenges and helping us achieve a successful sale and move.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Emma and the Garforth branch. They genuinely look after you, keep your best interests at heart, and work hard to get you sold.

We have recently sold our house through Manning Stainton and I’m really happy with the sale so far - Teresa and Darcy have been great, they have kept me updated about everything and have always been very helpful. The pictures of the house were fantastic quality and the description was great. Would recommend Manning Stainton if you are looking to put your house on the market!

Phoebe Penrose, Move Manager from Manning Stainton supported us during the purchase of our 1st home. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She has good communication skills as she was knowledgeable, professional and supportive.
We felt that we were in good hands with her as she provided reassurance, clear, prompt, and proactive updates from 1st contact with us up to when the Contracts were exchanged. Phoebe is a great asset to Manning Stainton.
