Great customer service, one of your employees reached out to me and let me know that they were getting a shipment in Canada, and that if I was willing to wait a week or two I could save some money on the cost of the shipping. It was very much appreciated, and the quality of the hoodie was fantastic!

It took a fair time to be delivered. Putting that aside the sizing was poor. I have kept it and was very disappointed that a coat of this nature is hand wash only

It really is lightweight and like the winter jacket, pockets everywhere. I love that I can put treats, including chopped up cooked chicken straight into the pocket because they are wipeable. I am so organised with this gilet and it's great to know that all I need to do is just grab it and go out because everything's in its place. I can even attach the lead to the hook on the jacket so I'm hands-free.I have worn it on the hottest day so far I have not found it uncomfortable. Great purchase!

This is the second order I have made and all items are amazing!! I completely messed up my sizing the first time round and customer service was fab!!!!

Item was dispatched promptly and after some delay with the courier, Laurie was very approachable and provided amazing communication, refunding the difference in postage charge. The item arrived and it was 5* quality. The sizing was incorrect (my personal mistake), and with quick replies to email I ordered a replacement and I was issued a refund within a few days for the previous jacket. It’s clear Laurie takes pride in the brand she is trying to create and that is a reflection in customer service and quality of product Maliko have produced! You will certainly have future custom from me!
