If I could give 0 stars I would.
Complete scam of a company.
I wish I could upload photos here so you could see.
Honestly it’s so bad it’s funny.
They don’t reply to messages or emails.
They take AGES for delivery.
And the product is so poor.
Seam exposed, material damaged and creased. It couldn’t be further from the photos and videos they post.
I wish I would’ve checked reviews first on here.
If you look at the instagram photo no comments are allowed or truthful. I commented and they delete it.
I have reported to instagram as it is a scam they are deceiving customers.
Scamming people out of hard earned money- lowest of the low.

Further update:
Shocking customer service.
I have tried to raise the issue with them regarding the shocking quality - I did this politely via instagram messenger. They ignored and then blocked.
What has also become apparent is that they have blocks on their photos for any comments which have words like refund and scam.
A relative then left comments and they were also blocked.
I have checked their Facebook and tik Tok and it’s all the same, I feel stupid for being scammed as it now appears so obvious they are a sham of a company. But I will not cease until I receive a response and ensure I stop as many others being scammed as possible.
I have honestly never dealt with such a scam of a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horribly poor quality - nothing like the glam website or instagram ads. What turned up is so cheap it’s not even funny. Then when I tried to return it they asked me to pay for my own return shipping and charge a 5% restocking fee! TOTAL RIP OFF

They never delivered my item to me- USPS confirmed in writing that it was not delivered to the right address. They refused to refund it. So they stole my money and gave me nothing in return. I’ll be filing a claim with my credit card company but do not buy from them!

I saw an ad for the royale jewellery case and decided to buy. I received a discount code on top of the 30% off sale so only paid £25 with free shipping. I was a little dismayed when the tracking updated and showed it was coming from China. I paid for the case on 06/07/2022 and received it this morning (19/07/2022) so a fairly reasonable timeframe. The tracking was fairly slow to update but it was there.

The case itself is alright quality. There are a few bits hanging off that look a bit like they came off a hot glue gun but they are fairly easy to remove. The case easily fits my long earrings, however it is slightly too small for my necklaces.

Overall, I would say that its probably worth the money if you get it in the sale (and use maison15 for an added discount).

I ordered a hydroponic plant vase and jewelry case. Instead of the vase I received only a piece of wood, stuffed in the box with the jewelry case. I emailed customer support 3 weeks ago and was told it would re-ship. I still haven’t received the item.

A cheaply made product- one of their jewellry boxes- that isn't even big enough for a Barbie doll to hang her earrings and necklaces in.
A refund policy that is absolutely brutal for an online shop- won't take it back unless its damaged.
Buyer beware!!

I just received my order and It’s the cutest! I ordered the LUMINA | Wooden LED Vanity Mirror. The quality is there and it looks gorgeous on my vanity! The shipping was taking more time than I expected because of customs delays in Canada (which has nothing to do with them but just letting my fellow canadians know that your patience is worth it) and the team was super friendly updating me on the status of my order. Can’t wait to get more of their pieces for my decor!

Buyer beware. It's hard to find on their site where they ship from and there isn't anything that says where their products are manufactured. Honestly, the quality of the products I bought remind me of items from aliexpress. The products felt like cheap plastic and were very dirty (had fingerprints and smudges all over them). Unfortunately with their refund policy, as long as the item works, they won't give a refund. Pricey products for low quality items.

My girlfriend has been storing her jewelry in my watch drawer for the past 3 months so I got her the jewelry box for her birthday to get my space back and we both haven't been happier

I bought the Cosmetics & Jewellery Storage Organizer in Pearl white and it arrived exactly as described - super cute and very aesthetic. Quality is good, looks great in the bathroom, and keeps all my skin care and makeup organized. It took 2 weeks to ship to Canada which isn't too bad and worth the wait.

In love with the Royale jewelry case! Definitely worth it for the clever and cute design. Ended up getting a couple of other organizers and vases for the home and they’re made with good quality! Had a couple of questions about shipping and the customer service rep was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend!

When I ordered from here I didn't realise the products came from China, so not only did it take quite a while to receive them (sent to the UK) they were very cheap and absolutely not worth the price. When you check out you can't select regular shipping, you have to buy a warranty for the products (£8 for one year or £15 for lifetime) which I would maybe understand for tech but not things like jewellery and makeup cases. When my makeup case arrived it was broken, so clearly not made of the shatterproof material it claims to be, and customer service were very helpful and sent me another one but I would expect that from any company even if I hadn't got a warranty. Very expensive for low quality products, should spend your money elsewhere
