I bought 2 Saly travel makeup bags. I was a little nervous because I was leaving for vacation and emailed customer service about shipping and tracking and Chelsea from their customer service was so nice and friendly to deal with. In the end I received the product well before their delivery timeline, and the makeup bags are so much prettier in person. Material is substantial and not flimsy, and the color (beige and maroon) is very stylish. I debated whether I should order similar bags from Amazon for faster shipping, but I loved their logo and the handle (details make all the difference!) so I ordered from them and they did not disappoint.

I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging a replacement. My sister absolutely loves her bag for travelling! It has great compartment space, making it easy for her to organise her face creams, moisturiser, and toner and many more. Overall, a fantastic purchase!
