Mailbutler and its plugin complement Apple Mail for full use of the OSX mail system. The tracking of emails sent, the possibility of scheduling the sendings, the possibility of managing the follow up with the addition of notes and tasks to be carried out for each individual email or group of emails make the management totally efficient. Perfect, impossible to do without.

MailPilot is like a second brain when it comes to writing emails: Attachment reminder, send delay (for when you accidentally address the email wrongly 😬), follow-up reminder, etc.

Knowing that a procrastinator HAS got your email, even though they swear they haven't, or being able to tell a customer someone their end has opened that invoice mail 4 times on 3 devices when they insist they haven't received it yet is just priceless.

My job would be SO much harder without it.

I used this tool for email scheduling and for that it's the most convenient and reliable. It's also nice that it tracks the time when the email was openend by the recipient but I don't need the other features of the pro version. I found the obligatory Mailbutler signature (at the bottom of your email) in the free version annoying, that's why I uninstalled it after my trial period was over. Price is too high for the few features I use from time to time.

absolutely fantastic. honestly couldn't be much better. keeping apple spirit, style, and still has a clean user-friendly spirit. head overheats with Mailbutler!

One of the most useful features is email tracking, knowing when someone has received and opened my email. It has made a huge difference to me and allowed me to send a second email if I haven't seen any activity on the first. It's the kind of thing that has secured a sale. Delayed sending is permanently set to 1 minute, just in case. And I've been able to change my mind if I've pressed send and want to bring it back. All in all, invaluable.

I love using mailbutler and all of its features in fact I believe it is the best apple mail plugin, however I am disappointed in the watermark that comes with the free version.

I have been using Mailbutler for over 18 months and have had a great experience with the program and with the support provided by the Mailbutler staff. I find the functionality beneficial to my business needs and I can't imagine emails without it. Support has been very timely at those times I need assistance. Mailbutler and my mail services are a winning combination.

Really impressed with Mailbutler. Just coming to the end of my free trial and will definitely continue using. I love the send later and email tracking feature. I’m also loving the look of my new signature using one of their templates.

I have been using Mailbutler for some years now. It's main use for me is to track email opens but it does have other useful features like signatures. I find it very useful.

Great plugin but could have fewer paywalls.

Using Mailbutler a while now and must say that it's even in the basic version fantastic features offers. Mostly using "Send later" option or the reminder function.

Here's a must-have add-on for Apple Mail (my preference, but works with Gmail and Outlook, too). Notes, Tasks, and everything Mail. Favorite Feature: When recipients open their email — even if you deleted the email and it's years old! Another feature I like is when you send an email and it's NOT opened. Barebones ($0) essential level, but the extra features are worth the extra bucks.

Most helpfull is to know if and when someone opens his mail. I helped me to make sure people read what I send. Perfect for me. And the Mailbutler organisation is very helpfull. Teh act quick on questions and always solving-minded.

This is a very reliable tool for a sales/marketing. Being able to easily see if the prospect opened your email, or which link was clicked (and when it was clicked) is super valuable! I can then strategize as to when to follow up with said prospect and what to include in my copy and promo material.

I needed an application to help me draft emails for sending later at a particular time. That is how I came upon Mailbutler, but it has many other useful features like tracking what happens to mail after you send it - when it was opened etc. It gives my small business a lot of features that large corporations enjoy. I use Apple Mail and when it updates Mailbutler has to catch up. It seems to update itself pretty effortlessly in the background. A very good experience.
