I have used 'MailButler' for some time now and find it very helpful whilst creating and sending my Emails. Although I do not have the 'Top of the Line' version of the App, Ido definitely enjoy and have appreciated the included facility of being able to 'cancel' the sending of any emails, after using the "send" command. This is very handy and useful, if you have discovered an omission or error. By doing so , prevents the email being sent and returns it to your 'Email Account' for alteration or correction. Thank you 'MailButler'.

If you need a mail assistant for your daily work, this is a must have!

In my opinion, it is the ideal complement to Apple Mail. I particularly appreciate the possibility of deferred sending and especially the ability to see if/when a sent mail has been read.

Mailbutler is just like the name implies. Your mail has a butler service. Your Butler sends your mail when you want it sent. No more having to send an email earlier and getting a response that has to be dealt with at an inopportune time. No more do you have a draft waiting which you forget to sent on. With Mailbutler you select the best time to have your emails sent.

I find that if I am working on a weekend and I want to get a reply done and do not want a reply over the week end I can write the email and use Mailbutler to get the email sent at the right time the following week.

Mailbulter is a must in my business.

This product has allowed me to significantly streamline my email process. Delayed send is a great feature that I use all the time. Being able to schedule when mail goes out lets me get the right information to people at the right time. I continue to find ways to get better using it. Add notes and reminders has also been extremely useful.

I use Mailbutler since 3 years now and honnestly it change my life. I can't imagine to work without now.

Great Supporting Software
I've been using Mailbutler for about almost a year. I've found it to be a solid solution for helping me know when an email is likely opened and received. I value this knowledge and mailbutler does it nicely within the context of Apple Mail.

And I'm grateful for the signatures and the template options.

For my (smaller) needs, I'm not so excited about their implementation and push for a CRM with it...added complexity, diluting their core focus and there are plenty of quality CRMs. If it could seamlessly sync with iCloud Contacts that would be fantastic, but as I understand, it can take a contacts import but as far as ongoing updates...two different systems.

One annoying aspect (that might have been addresses...not sure...I did write them about this a few months back after getting quite annoyed) is their nags for feedback "within" the software. I'd rather these nags be done via email personally.

I hope this review helps someone considering! As far as email tracking for someone using apple mail...seems a solid choice.

Je suis diacre de l'église catholique belge et assure d'importantes fonctions me demandant un suivi de qualité des emails. Malheureusement, le coût de la version "business plan" est trop cher pour moi car je dois personnellement en assurer le coût.
Je serais vraiment ravi et très reconnaissant de pouvoir utiliser la version "business plan" dans le cadre de votre belle promotion d'été.
Mille mercis pour votre si belle initiative et bon courage pour poursuivre le développement tellement indispensable de votre belle application.

Avec Mailbutler je gagne un temps précieux. J'ai tout de suite créé une signature qui donne tout de suite une image professionnelle. La fonctionnalité que j'utilise le plus est la programmation et le suivi. Je recommande Mailbutler facile d'utilisation et d'un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

While transitioning from a Windows machine to a Mac, I found the hard way that some features I was taking for granted in my Outlook client, were not possible in Apple Mail.

Fortunately, Mailbutler came to the rescue. Now I have e-mail-tracking, easily customized signatures, send later functionality, and many more with just one extra application!!

Love the app! Especially precious for tracking emails on Apple mail!

I'll be honest, this app is amazing.
I've been an Apple Mail user forever. I have all my mailboxes (iCloud, Gmail, and personal) linked there. This plugin integrates perfectly and is a real game-changer. You know when you click "Send" to an email and realize right after that you forgot to add something important to it? Mailbutler's "Unsend" feature is there to help you out: a 10-second countdown starts as soon as you press "Send" within Apple Mail and gives you a chance to fix it.
Have you written about an attachment but forgot to add it and already pressed "Send"? A Mailbutler pop-up appears letting you know before it's too late.
Are you sending an important email and want to make sure the recipient receives and reads it? You can activate Mailbutler's mail tracker and that's it: as soon as the recipient opens the email you'll receive a notification on your desktop (or even mobile!).
Custom signatures and many additional features such as custom inbox organization make this app indispensable to my workflow. I can't spend enough words recommending it to those who don't have it.

This powerful addition to my Gmail is a must to have tool for personal and business communications.

I enjoyed their attachments reminder way better than Gmail's limited attachment keywords recognition, even with the ability to add my own keywords that automatically triggers the missing attachment reminder before sending an email.

In addition, you can schedule sending emails much better than Gmail's native options.

Finally, the program is not heavy on the system and it doesn't cause lags nor crashes.

In summary, Mailbutler is great for daily use.

MailButler is turning into a great CRM... i bought it simply to "snooze" emails instead of wasting time with reminders. I love it!
