Molly is a great customer service representative. I have used this service before in the past (before the company name change.) Molly is very patient & is very reliable to find the perfect holiday package for you & your family with a good price.

Debbie made everything so easy for me I just told her what I wanted and she arranged everything, so quick and low deposit, looking forward to our holiday now may thanks so much

Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable, he talked me through choices, and I was very happy

Paul Ahmed was very helpful

Found a great deal with this company and within a few hours it was all booked. Friendly service and Harris answered all questions quickly. Looking forward to this trip.

Jacqui was fantastic, really helpful and friendly but professional and found us a great deal. Will not hesitate to go back to Jacqui and Magic Trips for our next holiday. Well done!

Great, efficient service and friendly staff. Helped me pick from a good range of holiday options, all within my budget and on the dates I could travel. Have recommended to friends and they have all had excellent experiences too. Would highly recommend!

We booked a holiday with this company August 2024 and they changed our hotel to a different without informing us,just sent an email advising this. The new hotel wasnt tailored to our needs as we specifically booked the orginial for the children as it had slides. After a few days searching for a hotel with slides we found one and it was nothing compared to the one we booked, it wasn't on the beach and didn't have the swim up pools which we had paid extra for. Also the new hotel was a £1000 cheaper and the company wasn't going to reimburse us the difference, advising me that because I wanted to change the hotel again it would cover this cost, the customer service we received was disgusting we were fobbed off all the time. We ended up staying in the cyprotel hotel in faliraki and there was sewage leaking everywhere around the sun beds near the pool and the smell was fowl, the hotel was dated and the wifi didnt work. It was nowhere near the beach or resort we wanted to be. Next time we book a holiday we will use more of a reputable company not a company that rips and fobs you off.

Austen was very helpful. great service. Looking forward to our holiday now.

I have used this company before and am pleased to say their services remains excellent. Juliet has been extremely helpful in finding my holiday and making all the arrangements with me.

I have dealt with this company for some years both under its previous name and it's new name and always found the staff helpful and professional. Normally book two holidays a year with them and hope to continue doing so for years to come

What a lovely company to deal with 😊 After giving the dates that we could travel and where we wanted to fly from, we were given some great options and even a couple of places that we hadn’t thought of! We’ve booked to go to Turkey and I can’t wait, we got such a great deal too, I will definitely be booking again!

We went on a holiday to Turkey this year and booked it through this company with the support of Mr Morgan! He was very helpful and ensured that everything was up to our expectations. The hotel was lovely and the package was very good value.

Morgan has booked a couple of holidays for me. He has the most patience and always goes well above and beyond. Excellent customer service, will book again for sure.

Used several times, Morgan is so so helpful, and patient, very friendly, and helps as much as humanly possible, my bank kept blocking payments, he was so helpful, and patient .

It is the shitest company that I have ever booked with.

I booked my first holiday with Jacqui through Blue Sea Holidays earlier this year. Jacqui was polite and professional, as I was not sure about where I wanted to go Jacqui provided some excellent suggestions, I went with this and the holiday was amazing, I received value for money and the accommodation was excellent. I was so pleased I went back to Jacqui and she she provided me with another great deal.

Always had an amazing service from morgan.
He's the one when it comes to finding you a great deal.
Will definitely recommend 100%

We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our holidays.......Just dial Magic trips and ask for Morgan..

This is my 4th booking with Blue Sea Hoildays and honestly have nothing but great things to say. I personally book with a member of the team called Morgan, what a fantastic person, a delight to handle any of my bookings who also gives me confidence to come back to book all my holidays . I have recommended Morgan to all my family/ friends for their next hoilday !!
