Jacqui has been helping me book holidays for the last four years and is the most patient and helpful person you will come across - her knowledge is outstanding!
For a families trying to please everyone’s needs and wants - save yourself the time and hassle searching endlessly online - she listens and comes back with options and if not quite right she will always relook and nothing too much. Excellent service!

Isaac was very helpful and made the process of booking our holiday very easy. I look forward to interacting with him again.

Lisa Richards was amazing! Booked with ease. Explained everything clearly and im super excited. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you!

Our experience with magic trips was terrible.
Last summer holiday we had booked an hotel in Morocco using their services, hoping we would get a good and decent hotel experience. The hotel was disgusting, uncleaned and the toilets were filthy. This hotel for any planners going to Morocco is Riad Hafssa and Spa, probably the worst hotel in Marrakech. The swimming pool is not even a pool itself. The company attempted to give me a ‘refund’ that wasn’t even a third of my original deposit sent for the hotel. I am currently still disputing for my refund, their service has been awful and just selfish and not supportive at all.

Harris is the best agent. It's the second time I've used his service for my holidays and am very happy. He is very patient and recommends only options according to my needs. He is fantastic. Always reachable with any questions I had. I will definitely ask him for help when I go for holidays again.

Thank you for your help was so quick and easy from your side

Isaac has made the booking of this trip really easy !! I asked for several different things and he was able to sort everything thanku.

Just booked a holiday using Magic Trips for the first time. Our travel agent Greg Kingston was amazing! Found us the best deal, was very polite and friendly. I cannot wait to book another holiday through him. Highly recommend if you're wanting to call up and book through Magic Trips!

I'm so pleased that i booked a break today . The reason being is my hubby always does this and i wanted to do it for him. I simply don't have the patience. I handed the lot over to Greg and he's found us a dream xmas market break.
Thank you so much Greg for everything you did

So, we booked a last minute package holiday through Morgan who was absolutely amazing from start to finish, throughout this process.

He was always available to answer and questions or take a call, he was so patient, as we changed our priorities, several times.

We finally booked late in the evening. He was polite and just so professional, I recommend contacting Megan at Blue Holidays for your next trip away.

We will definitely be coming back to Morgan for our next trip away.

Thank you to Morgan and Blessina for your very professional and kind help in booking and rebooking my family holiday. You were both great and very patient and understanding of my needs. Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
