Ski booking
Most of the staff I have spoken to have a grounding of knowledge but Duncan is the most helpful and easiest to communicate with. Everything runs smoothly with booking and we have transfers booked with a sister company and have never been let down.

Very helpful lady on the phone who just got on with it and did what i wanted
I have used MV a few times now and been back to same hotel each time, so I know exactly what i want and how the Hotel and booking work. I greatly appreciated that the lady on the phone just did what I asked and didn't try to influence my choices or sell me any extras.

Very helpful agents
Having phoned to clarify quite a list of aspects about a skiing holiday in La Plagne Soleil, the agent who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest; being very happy to spend a significant amount of time answering my questions. The net result being that I was happy to make the booking safe in the knowledge that I understood what I was getting.

Good service
Having worked in the travel industry it was nice to have a straightforward operative. When she didn't know the answer to a question she didn't bluster or fabricate something that sounded plausible.

Very good personal service
I liked their website but found it a bit more tricky to use on the phone compared to on a larger screen. In the end I called to get some more details - extremely helpful conversation with very knowledgeable and proactive response. Thank you
