Our third time hiring. Great team. Only comment is maybe include a sat nav in all campervans.

Booked very last minute with M5 leisure. The service was impeccable as was the brand new Fiat Sunlight motorhome that I rented. It had absolutely everything that you could need for a brilliant holiday. The bed was super comfortable and the fridge was massive.
The staff at M5 are super efficient and Archie was so helpful and professional at the handovers. I will definitely be using M5 again in the future for a seamless service.

Great sunlight van we have just hired , very smooth check in and handover/ return, special credit to the young man Archie that gave us a pre hire handover , his knowledge and personable skills we’re just great!

We moved to M5 from a local main dealer as the after sales support was appalling. M5 have always been friendly and efficient and shown good workmanship.
We recently traded in our van for a new model and chose to buy from them as they offer such reliable support and fair trade in. Victoria is so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as a first point of contact. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a motorhome.

They don’t return calls.

Following a recent service of our (American) caravan by M5 Leisure one facet of its service requirements failed. After returning it to them this was quickly rectified by their excellent service technician Stuart, the whole thing arranged efficiently by Victoria. We have no hesitation in awarding this business five stars and recommending them to others. Thank you M5 Leisure 👏

Avoid Avoid Avoid. We purchased a used motorhome from them and had issues from the start. When decided to get them to sell it on as a broker they ripped us off. They disconnected the tracking device on the day of sale and refused to give us the owners details stating GDPR even though there was no written contract between us as they failed to provide that as well. They obviously sold it for more than they told us. They even tried adding 800 pounds claiming extra issues outside of the warranty on the day of sale which was on top of the 5k broker fee. They later removed the 800 i now have to file a small claims court filing for the difference. Do not trust them and run a mile.
