M0851 Anmeldelser 

I have bought some lovely things from M0851 in the past, including several bags and a great coat, but something has changed and they've totally lost me. This summer I bought a bag online. It was on sale. Luckily I used Paypal to pay. After a two weeks or so, I wrote to ask where the bag was. I'd received no notice from them about shipping or the purchase overall. They said they needed time to process. I wrote back a few weeks later and got no response at all. Then I complained through Paypal and was told they could send it. I said I wanted a refund instead of the bag. Then nothing. I still haven't got my money back. I've escalated it with PayPal. I will never purchase from them again. Too bad. They used to be so great.

Deux commandes, deux expériences catastrophiques. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais cette marque.

Lors de ma première commande, j'avais commandé un sac en cuir aniline. J'ai reçu un sac en cuir grainé.

J'ai décidé de donner une seconde chance à la marque. Cette fois, j'ai commandé un sac en cuir aniline vert foncé. J'ai reçu un sac en cuir grainé noir, qui ne correspond ni à la couleur ni au type de cuir annoncés.

À cela s'ajoutent des délais de livraison de plus de deux mois pour chacune de mes commandes.

J'ai contacté le service client à au moins cinq reprises. Je n'ai jamais reçu la moindre réponse.

C'est inacceptable : deux produits non conformes, des délais extrêmement longs et un service après-vente totalement absent. Je déconseille vivement cette marque.
