Absolutely incredible company
Absolutely incredible company, they have a serious process, that works. My property was advertised the way it absolutely should be, I was previously with knight Frank and Savills they did absolutely nothing to market my house, LPP had a clear strategy and followed it meticulously. Well done. Raji is superb.

Luxury in name only - avoid
Luxury in name only, as the service is anything but luxury and more akin to that of a low cost operation. Business model is to lowball on pricing to attract interest, arrange open house and use high pressure sales techniques. However, marketing is elementary, use of social media ineffective and pricing strategy suboptimal (like everything about this company). Thankful I did my diligence on this company before proceeding further, as it highlighted a number of red flags on the directors and I would never buy or sell a property through them. Avoid.
