Luxsea swimwear is the best!!! The quality is outstanding, I have worn several of these bikinis time and time again. i always get a lot of compliments in them. Looking forward to receiving the latest items from their new collection.

Really cute bikinis. Gorgeous colours and they fit very well. Delivery was a little slower than expected but overall a great experience.

I have been trying to return my bikini and the site won’t process and provide me a return label. So frustrating to have to spend so much time on this return

Der Bikini war zu klein, obwohl ich für die europäischen Standardgrößen die richtigen Größen gewählt hatte. Ich wollte ihn umtauschen (nicht zurückgeben!), aber der Rückversand nach GB kostet per FedEx dennoch 15 Britische Pfund, und der nächste FedEx-Standort zur Abgabe ist über 100 km entfernt. Das ist einfach nur absoluter Mist, in Deutschland könnte man so nicht mit Kunden umgehen...

Top didn’t fit and bottoms fit so bad, very unflattering, there were strands coming off everywhere so they were bad quality, went to return it and out of the $155 that I payed for it I got $80 back I don’t understand how the fees lead up to one losing $70. Don’t buy with the idea that if it doesn’t fit you can return it, you will lose so much money.

Several threads were already loose when I recieved the bikini. I had barely touched it before noticing the issue.

My package where sent to a wrong address, then you made me pay to recent, I played for a green Bikini you sent me Blue.

I dont get my money back althoigh they have confirmed that they have received my Return package.

Still not been issued a refund after over 1 month. No response from email, Instagram or online form.

After just a few uses it already started to get worn out!
I am so disappointed!
It is an expansive swimsuit but the quality is unacceptably poor! I and I am very sad cause before seeing that wear I bought another one.
I would like total refund.

The bikinis are nice, but it took a very long time for them to get here. I didn’t realize they came from the UK. I needed to exchange a size and they do not pay for shipping so basically the bikinis is almost costing me double because I had to pay almost $30 to ship it back and have the correct size sent, so you’re better off buying something local that is just as nice because it doesn’t make any sense to pay so much for a simple exchange. 😳😩

The bottom sizes are not realistic, I usually always wear xS /s but s is too small. Very annoying considering the high delivery costs and especially its ridiculous to pay 15 pounds for the return label. Even trying to make money with it. Definitely won’t recommend to orde at luxsea. Terrible customer experience!!

I discovered Luxeswim on social media and thought it would be the perfect choice for my shoot during the Miss Swimsuit USA competition. When the bikini arrived, I noticed a small mark on the top, which was disappointing at first, but the way the brand handled it completely exceeded my expectations.

I reached out to customer service and received an immediate, kind response. They apologised and let me know they would send a replacement top straight away - without even asking me to return the original one. That same morning, I received a shipping confirmation!

Outstanding customer service and beautiful quality swimwear. I’m really impressed and would highly recommend Luxeswim to anyone looking for reliable, high-end bikinis with service to match.
