hi! today me and my mum were at the westfield white city store and we went into lush ,there was a worker named Alex who was absolutely a breath of fresh air. she was so bubbly & adorable and she helped so much with me & my mum picking stuff out and genuinely just being there to help us with everything. she honestly convinced us to buy so many products but honestly i’d never regret it one bit since she was genuinely just amazing. honestly if you guys go to westfield in white city and happened to bump into alex , PLEASEE start a conversation with her as she’ll brighten up your day and leave you smiling with all your goodies in your bag :)!!

I love Lush products and my child really enjoyed a party in the past that a friend hosted at the store which is a fun idea

I've always enjoyed the customer service from Lush. Sometimes in store you get an odd one who's pushy, or doesn't listen, or is just annoying but overall they're great. The customer service helpline are always excellent and would be my first port of call. Their returns policy is excellent although I have rarely had to use it, its great that its there. Their sampling service is amazing not just for trying new products but also to grab a small sample if I've run out and my next order hasn't arrived or even to tie me over until my next purchase - this is an incredible service so please don't abuse it. It has kept me repurchasing from this company for years. I have found their recent hair products to be excellent and consistently purchase. Love their fresh face masks, and lip balms (Key Lime Pie!!). I have noticed some changes happening more recently - discontinuing staples, or changing stock too often which I'm not a fan of. And there is the ongoing issue of in floor staff pay which I understand is minimum wage and definitely should be higher - they can afford it!

Die Seife Lemongras ist bei der zweiten Nutzung zerfallen. Das Seifenstück ist zusammengesetzt aus einzelnen Bröckchen, die Füllmasse wäscht sich ab und man hat nur noch ca. 1-3 mm breite, 2-3cm hohe Einzelteile in der Hand, mit denen man sich nicht mehr waschen kann. Viel Geld für schlechtes Produkt ausgegeben. Sehr ärgerlich!

Dana in Glasgow (Buchanan Street) was very chatty and friendly and helped us find what we needed. The store is lovely and clean and has a huge variety of products. Definitely worth a visit.

Aaliyah from the Lakeside Thurrock store was super friendly and helpful. I mentioned I was trying to sort a collection out for a couple colleagues who are leaving (one male and one female) and she helped narrow down options for them in the bathing range. Picked out two bath bombs and two bubble bars and chose both uplifting scents and relaxing ones so they had a nice range depending on time of day or how they may want to feel. She made the whole process smooth, enjoyable and stress free! :D

They lie about their opening hours, I wated an hour getting to their store only to find out it was closed despite Google hours having been updated by the business

Aysha from the Leeds white rose branch made searching for the best product for my hair and face very enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills, I have a dry scalp and only like using organic products and she explained them all in a lit of detail even though the store was closing. Will deffo be back.

I was waiting for bath bombs way too long and still haven't received them. It's been two weeks and their support doesn't even bother to respond.

I wouldn't order here if I knew this would happen.

Went into Oxford Street lush today enquiring about a face cream for sensitive skin. I didn't get her name but the lady who helped me was so helpful and friendly. I told her about my skin sensitivity and she sampled two on my skin of which were low sensitivity. She even gave me two samples to leave with as she knew my sensitivity concerns. Lovely lady, amazing service!

Always find the staff at Lush Lancaster exceptionally kind and pleasant, and they always make a fuss of my daughter. She loves a visit.

She loves the products and we have visited quite a few Lush stores now and we find most places the staff are exceptional.

Visited Lush bluewater and lovely store with great staff. Very knowledgeable and all lovely. However, not sure if this was due to being nearer the end of the day but in regards to cleanliness, the shelves (specifically the top ones) were very dusty and a lot of the baskets were rather dirty.

What can I say this is not the company whose shop I went into in Poole Dorset 30 years ago. I ordered goods for my holiday. They took a while to prepare my order. I know they use Evri as couriers. My delivery driver had gone on holiday. I know that nobody fills in and parcels get lost. I ordered goods for my holiday and I phoned to explain what was going on with Evri and asked if they could deliver with some one else. I have had orders from them with Royal Mail 48hrs. I got a email to say it had been dispatched and when I looked it said Evri. I contacted them on chat and told them that they had assured me it was coming with DPD so I would get for my holiday. They just messaged me back saying don’t worry we have cancelled your order and given you a refund. No communication into trying to get it to me. Couldn't care less about whether I receive the products or not. I have repeatedly (every single order) that I have problems with Evri and can they send it via Royal Mail instead. Today after putting a delivery note specifying Royal Mail they sent me an email saying they were dispatching it via Evri. It gets me 11.50 round trip in a taxi to collect it from a parcel shop because Evri are incompetent and off their faces on drugs to deliver it to my flat. Lush Couldn't care less and have now informed me that they can no longer request couriers.

Over priced products (i buy as gifts for people and occasionally their hair care) and no care for their customers and whilst I support their political and ethical stances and don't support the fact dhst they don't care a out their customers.

Instead of fighting hard to retain what few customers you do have you're putting profit over people.

My friends are getting Soap and glory for Christmas. I' looking forward to the email from "management" whereby nothing will get done.

Also if it's only a small percentage of your customers thst have problems with Evri...why have stopped your customer service agents being able to request it be resent with other couriers.🤔

Poor online customer service when ordering Lush Kitchen products.

Unfortunately one of my items arrived faulty and its been a week now and still no response from the team via email other than they'll look into it a week ago.

Disappointing and wont order again

I came in today with my 3 year old daughter who loves lush bath bombs it’s become a bit of a treat on occasions that she gets a bath bomb and I popped in town today and thought it’s the school holidays why not ! Margot picked out a bath bomb but was messing with the bag so it ripped so I took the bath bomb to the till and asked Margot to get another bag to bring over. The lady serving called Sam was amaaaazzing with Margot she invited her behind the till to help print the sticker and put on the bag, got a chair and asked if Margot could sit on it and ‘serve me’ whispering in her ear things to say such as ‘would you like a bag’ ‘card or cash’ and then gave a tester pot and told Margot she could pick any body wash as a little treat for ‘working’ 🥺🥹 this made the trip so special for her for literally no reason and she was so excited to show daddy her now shower gel she got for working. Thank you so much Sam for the experience, I had a very excited 3 year old girl 💕

One star for effort. Two stars is for they're not totally a bad product. It's a good product. The most thing that I don't like about this company is that one person can make millions for another company in six months and resigns because the company is not really cultural. OK, and then you come to this company. If you prove yourself with other people, then you get judged in one hour. I think they have to change the situation to help other people, not to misjudge the wrong person? Also, thinking about the sales service and experience can never be proven in one hour or one day, also because it's being judged by one moment. I hope they will change this one day because, in my opinion, it doesn't work.
