Had a wonderful experience with Luminati. Staff were really helpful and my custom sized sneeze guard arrived in excellent condition. Definitely will be purchasing again.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had — avoid this company.
I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way my complaint has been handled.
The product I received arrived in a very poor condition, with large scratches and what I consider to be horrendous quality for the price paid. I immediately contacted the company and provided photographs showing the issues, including the damaged packaging on delivery.
Despite this, I was expected to pay for the return of an item that arrived damaged and not as described. I returned the item in the same packaging it arrived in, believing my concerns would be properly investigated and resolved fairly.
Instead, after receiving the item back, my request for a refund or even a partial refund was refused. I feel extremely let down by the lack of after-sales support and the way my evidence was handled.
I genuinely have to ask: how can a company treat customers this way after they have raised concerns immediately, provided evidence, and followed the return process? It is extremely disappointing to feel that once payment has been taken, the customer is left without meaningful support.
In my opinion, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing, especially if they expect a company to stand behind its products and support them when things go wrong.

We are sorry you feel disappointed with the outcome of your complaint.
Your order was for a custom-made display product, which is not eligible for return under our standard returns policy, as outlined in our T&Cs. Unless the original complaint relates to damage to the product, we are not obliged to accept returns or issue refunds on custom-made orders.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we advised that if the item was returned to us in working condition and suitable for resale, we would inspect it and consider a refund. This was not a guarantee that a refund would be issued.
As part of our review, we considered the full order history, including the correspondence, photographs provided, and the findings from our returns team. It was also confirmed that products had already been displayed inside the case prior to the return request.
Following inspection, the returned item was found to have sustained significant damage in transit. The packaging used for the return did not provide adequate protection, meaning the item arrived back to us in a condition that was no longer suitable for repair, reuse, or resale.
For this reason, we were unable to process a refund.
A formal complaint response has been issued to you directly, following a full review of the order history and return inspection. We are sorry this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but our position remains unchanged.

I work within a large organisation and ordered through Luminati as we usually do. I thought i had an issue with my Luminati order that, as it turns out, was entirely my own very daft mistake. Despite that, their customer service team was nothing short of outstanding. They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a truly helpful attitude. It’s rare to come across such understanding support — Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - thank you!
Had a really great experience with Luminati - I ordered a custom model display case with a black base for my model ship and it looks really smart on my shelf. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, she answered all of my questions about the dimensions and the strength of the material and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Couldn't of had a better experience.
I ordered Luminati’s Acrylic Frames for my shop’s window display and I’m really pleased with them. Exactly as described, great quality, and it makes my products stand out in the window.
I also ordered some Acrylic Display Plinth Pedestals in varied sizes and they’ve been brilliant. Strong but light enough to move around, plus the different sizes make it easy to create eye-catching displays.
What I liked too was being able to see the estimated delivery time clearly on the website – everything arrived on schedule and the whole process ran really smoothly.
Great service, excellent quality, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
I bought two plinths and a display case which was a custom dimension. Definitely worth the wait!
All my items were packaged really well arrived on time and now look great in my Shop.
Ordered a lectern from this company and despite being told it would be dispatched on a certain date - it was not. I subsequently ended up shelling out to hire one from another company and was offered no compensation.
Despite never being used on an event, the lectern broke while being transported to our next-door office, despite being handled carefully. The product was clearly not of great quality or had imperfections caused during shipping, which led to the top coming off it.
I asked for a refund or any compensation here, after seeking advice about my consumer rights and have basically been ignored for 3 weeks. I was told I wasn't entitled to any compensation and was promised a phone call with a customer service manager. Despite calling every day for 2 weeks, I still have not been able to speak to them! Shows how much they care about their customers!
