Leather waist pack was exactly what I wanted for my dog walking hikes in the mountains, but can & will wear it in town also. The tan leather is really pretty & soft- have worn it daily for a month in rain, snow & below zero weather- it looks like new. Love it & plan to buy another in a different color.

Paid for 3 day shipping on all items and only one was received (discounting weekend and holiday) the main item I ordered just left the facility the day I was supposed to receive it. This should constitute a full refund of the paid for shipping days that was not received. I paid the extra for 3 day shipping because I needed this case prior to travel, now it may not arrive in time and cause a lot of issues with transporting equipment.

I ordered a leather laptop case. The quality is exceptional and the price was great. Correspondence was friendly and timely. Item arrived on day expected. I would order from them again.

I have purchased luggage from Luggage Pros on several occasions. Never a disappointment. The PRICE and SERVICE has always been excellent. I know that LP can't control the quality of every product, but so far I have not been the least bit disappointed in the products I have purchased. Will always use them exclusively.

Ordered online, as Minnetonka, MN location did not have the item in stock. Matt, at Minnetonka, was very helpful in selection process, and should get some type of credit for actually being the one to facilitate the sale. David

I found the perfect hardside piece for our 10 yo grandson when we take our family international trip. The best part is that this piece was originally $239 but now on sale for 99.99. This is the 3rd time I have used Luggage Pros and have always been very satisfied with my purchase experience and receipt of merchandise.

Luggage ordered Sunday, with promise of delivery Thursday. Contacted customer service Thursday and all responses were indefinite about tracking and whether this had been backordered. I decided to order here because they didn't charge state sales taxes, but now know I should have gone with Amazon (Walmart, unfortunately did not list this particular item) which was only $1 more due to adding in state taxes.

Online service good. Called retail store the salesperson was helpful unfortunately she couldn’t reach anyone in the online department as well. I left a message and so far no response.
