My custom-made leather computer sleeve is gorgeous. The first time I put it on it was really tight, but now it fits like a glove, even on the second time. It is a beautiful color and the monogram is great. Everything about it is so beautiful. Expensive but worth every penny!

They treat each customer exceptionally and professionally, whatever the objective, whether it's requesting information or providing after-sales service.

I believed that I correctly ordered the above cell phone case. Instead, I was sent a Samsung S25 not S25 Ultra case as requested. When I queried your site for the cell phone case your site reflect the Samsung S25 ultra was in stock it also had intermingled the S25, S24 Ultra and S26 Ultra. An addition query reflected Error 403 Forbidden. Therefore, there was considerable confusion during this purchase. I understand your return policy regarding a product which was monogramed. I accept the responsibility for the error but I also believe the circumstance as stated above would mitigate your policy. I spent over $400 for two phone cases on correct and one incorrect. I would expect some consideration and acknowledgement by your compan for reasons stated above. instead i recieved a non answer and no responsibility by your company for the error

Product was promptly shipped, well packaged and matched the description. This Apple i-phone 17 Air Case in smooth full grain leather fits well and allows access for all phone switches/controls to function easily. Leather is high quality and black color well dyed and though just a few weeks old, seems very high quality, not bulky and holding the color, while developing a nice leather patina. I recommend this product for its classic simplicity and elegance-- it coordinates with any occasion, from casual to Boardroom--completing my accessories by going well with my smooth leather bifold wallet and compact smooth leather key holder--the items always with me.

The case became loose after just a few days of use. The phone now slides out and no longer stays securely in the case. Given the price, I expected a higher-quality product.

Initially when I wanted to order, this item was out of stock so I filled out the form to be contacted when it became available. I never received the email despite the SKU becoming available again. This is a marketing/IT issue. The product itself is not a great value, honestly. The price exceeds its actual quality. To be a good value either the price point should be dropped or the quality (functionality, workmanship etc) should be increased.
