The villa itself was beautiful. It was delightful to cook in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. Our villa representative Mini was responsive and super thoughtful and had great ideas for us during our trip. We enjoyed getting to know her. The village was charming with beautiful sites in every direction. A must see!

Silvana was the perfect host! Quick to answer any questions. Great at communicating ! Very welcoming! We had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful, private atmosphere made it feel like a little paradise. The villa was beautiful, and everything was perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The restaurant just across the street was also a fantastic bonus — an easy 10/10! Best accommodations in town. Casa Miranda is excellent and perfectly located, just a minute from the Cathedral. It offers a stunning view and is spacious and well-decorated, with modern furniture and all the home appliances you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the ample, closed kitchen, which also has views.

I would highly recommend Loredana and her team (Fillipo) to anyone who is looking to rent a villa in the Lucca and Pisa area. The Villa Magnolie was very clean, beautiful and well maintained. It handled our party of 8 beautifully.Loredana went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and convenient, from organizing transportation to lining up a wonderful chef. We will definitely use Loredana and Lucca Villas and Apartments when we stay in this region again. Thank you Loredana and Fillipo, we consider you friends for life!

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention to detail the host puts into making guests feel welcome.
The house was immaculate, modern, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. The outdoor space was the highlight for us; relaxing with morning coffee while taking in the peaceful views set the perfect tone for every day of our vacation. And the pool is just amazing!
We couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience. We're already planning our return stay!

We have had a great week in Lucca. The villa was everything we needed: a place
for friends to spend quality time together. We made home made pizza in the wood oven, used the pool and the entire equipment and enjoyed the perfect location close to Lucca downtown and Pisa.
Silvana was taken excellent care of us. She was there once we checked in and came over when we checked out. Meanwhile she was always available via What’s App.
Overall we have had a great time off and would do it again anytime.

The Fattoria Di Camigliano Villa is an absolutely beautiful property. Our group of 8 had a had fantastic experience. The home had everything we needed from spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms to an in ground pool. The kitchen was spacious and functional. It was close to everything and our hostess Daniela Cetti was very responsive and answered all of our questions.
We highly recommend this property!

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Een ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker luieren in de tuin onder de olijfbomen en een goed onderhouden zwembad. Alles is netjes schoon. Er is zelfs een washok aanwezig waar je gratis gebruik kan maken van de wasmachine. De weg er naartoe is hobbelig, maar kenmerkt juist Italie en past bij de in de bergen liggende accomodatie.

Wonderfully locaated! House Manager Monica was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional and very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We felt very safe and there was even a free place to park your car, which is rare in or near Lucca. We could walk to a nice, large grocery store (Esselunga), several restaurants and specialty stores. It was a 6-7 minutes walk to the wall. The terrace at the apartment is lovely and quite large.

My husband became very ill while we were in Lucca and Monica went above and way beyond to support us and help us out!!

We were welcomed by a very accommodating Silvana, who showed us around the house and the area in a very professional manner and shared some helpful tips. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, but there is no air conditioning, though there are fans in every room.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views. The house is spacious, comfortable and very practical for a larger group. This was our second stay, and once again we had a wonderful time.
The rental service was very professional and responsive, and Daniela provided excellent concierge service throughout our stay. We also highly recommend Anna for private cooking. A lovely addition to the experience.

We stayed at Villa Papari last week and had a fantastic time. The grounds around the villa are superb and well kept and the swimming pool the best we’ve experienced on a break and was permanently crystal clear water without any chlorine smells. The villa itself was spacious and air conditioned throughout and suitable for our party of 8’s needs. Sylvana welcomed us to the villa and was friendly and available throughout the holiday for any questions and organised a wine tasting evening for us all at a local vineyard.

Even before our visit started the informations and support (extra info) from the Lucca Apartments team was brilliant. Handover of keys and further info was slick and interesting. Apartment was as described and location was fantastic for anywhere inside Lucca's walls. The company supported us throughout and demonstrated a professional and welcoming approach throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It is hard to beat Villa Sun Kiss when it comes to charm and breathtaking views; it is nestled among vineyards and olive trees and boasts a stunning pool area. The owners looked after us with genuine warmth and heart. It was harvest time, and we were able to watch the activity—even lend a hand if we wished—and felt right at home. We also highly recommend Silvana Giglio; as our point of contact, she fulfilled all our wishes. We fell head over heels in love with this place.

We had the most amazing stay in this villa, everything you could possibly need, the swimming pool was bigger than expected. Overall a fantadtyace to stay.

We rented a beautiful country house with pool in Montecarlo (Tuscany) through the management company Lucca Apartments and Villas. The house is a particularly beautiful reproduction Tuscany Farmhouse, designed, built, furnished, and equipped to a particularly high standard. We have been renting in Italy for many years - and have enjoyed some lovely houses - but none of this superlative quality and presentation. Everything about this house has been carefully executed with the guest in mind. The rooms are well equipped and beautiful at the same time. Thanks to Silvana at Lucca Apartments and Villas our experience before during and after the rental was of the highest order. Everything was as she said it would be, all carefully explained and demonstrated. Silvana welcomed us personally and presented the property as well as the functional features of all the facilities. Everything was covered. Silvana was able to recommend local restaurants, wineries,and other activities which would enhance our holiday experience. Nothing was too much trouble. During our stay gardeners and a pool attendant came daily in the early morning so that the exterior was always in perfect order. The pool is large and immaculately clean - the temperature in mid September was a perfect 26C! We loved every minute of our stay at Vila Flora and would highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments and Villas to any prospective visitors to this beautiful part of Tuscany. You won’t be disappointed, - I promise. Thank you so much for all your care and assistance Silvana. You made our holiday experience perfect. We can’t wait to come again.

The Villa with an operational winery was an excellent home base to explore Lucca and nearby towns. Despite its size, the space is cozy and conducive to family bonding, preparing memorable meals and creating great memories. As for the last part, this is where Lucca Apartments and Villas shine: Daniela has been very responsive, accommodating and invaluable in arranging key events (like celebrating Mass for the family in the nearby chapel). 🥰
