I had earlier shared my positive experience with LSBR during my previous studies with them, and now that I have successfully completed and received my Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, I felt it was only right to leave another review reflecting this second journey as well. Once again, I can confidently say that my experience with LSBR has been phenomenal.
Having already studied with LSBR before, I returned with high expectations, and I am very pleased to say that the institution continued to deliver the same high standard of support, professionalism, and learner care that I had experienced previously. From admissions through to academic support and final completion, the team remained responsive, supportive, and committed throughout.
The service provided has been consistently excellent. Awful... AVOID!
I was asked whether I would update my review after receiving half of my money back, but this only happened after I had served the company with court papers.
It has now been nine weeks since I completed the course, and I still have not received my certificate or any meaningful update. I also complained to the awarding organisation about this company, and my complaint was upheld.
The company failed to register me at enrolment, despite this being required within a short timeframe by the awarding organisation. Instead, they registered me around a year and a half later, only after I had completed the course. They then argued that they had done nothing wrong.
I had to take court action, which eventually resulted in an out-of-court settlement. Overall, this has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. There was no proper feedback after submitting assignments, I was simply told that I had passed. There was no real support, communication, or professionalism throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

As previously agreed between both parties, this matter was resolved through an amicable settlement and the related court proceedings were marked as settled.
Regarding certification, your assignments have already completed the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process and were submitted to the awarding organisation for External Quality Assurance (EQA) in line with standard awarding body procedures. Certification timelines are subject to the awarding organisation’s final quality assurance and release processes.
We also note that your complaint with the awarding organisation was fully cooperated with by the centre throughout the review process, and we have since implemented additional enhancements to learner support, communication, and feedback standardisation as part of our continuous improvement measures.
We remain committed to supporting all learners professionally and wish you success with your qualification and future endeavours.

Shameful experience
Shameful experience. The course started in January and, months later, the work is still incomplete. Emails go unanswered, deadlines are not respected, and the only replies received are automatic and completely inadequate messages. There is no real support, no accountability, and no professionalism. I paid €550 for a service that has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

They scam you. I requested a refund after releasing noone was responding to me. Finally after a week they replied saying we don't offer refunds - despite the policy saying full refund within 14 days (that's not true). Do NOT do a course with them. It's a scam.
