Hello Tamara,
How have you been? I understand that it's quite frustrating when you send a message and it is not replied. I got your account checked at my end, and can confirm that you information has been updated in our records. I understand that someone else in your organisation enrolled you into the course and he has used his first and the last name while completing the enrolment process. Our LMS System has accordingly created the Username with the First and Last name of this gentleman, however, rest of the information is yours.
My colleague Ms.Karen was in touch with you last week and I believe she has rectified the error to your satisfaction. Please acknowledge if the same is resolved to your satisfaction. I encourage you to get in touch with Dr.Arun Kumar over WhatsApp number +44-7360-275888 or email to Admin[at]LSBR.UK should you need any assistance.
I would appreciate if you could please revise your rating to a positive review so that the team feels motivated to service the learners.

Perfect in every way!!
Completed my Level 8 Diploma with the school. The resources provided are quite helpful given the subjects at the doctorate level are tough. The markers are quick in providing feedback - and I just received my official certificate and transcripts from them (awarded by Qualifi).
Highly recommend this institute!
