Poor service
Really poor service from order to delivery, I had to make several telephone calls to them to complain about the wrong part they sent and it took me several phone calls to ask them to process my refund. It has taken 2 weeks to receive my credit and it was wrong, I had to make another call to chase them. Shocking service and I will certainly not be using this company again. I would advise perspective buys to think twice about using them.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience shopping with us. From looking into this, I can see that the correct part was sent out to you as this product is only available in once size as stated online and requires cutting down if necessary.
As you chose to return the item and the delivery was fulfilled by our supplier, any returns also had to go through them meaning we were awaiting confirmation of the quality check and credit before releasing the refund to you. I'm extremely sorry that you had to chase the status on this, and we certainly could have done better in keeping you informed.
In the instance of the goods no longer being required, a refund on the item is provided but the refund amount excludes the delivery charge. I can see that one of our directors arranged a call with you to discuss the matter, who has agreed to refund the delivery amount due to the inconvenience our lack of communication caused.
I completely appreciate and understand your feelings of frustration with our communication, we have let ourselves down in this area and this simply isn't good enough. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

Excellent customer service
Spoke to customer services before ordering on website to confirm product avalability, They were very helpful and the lowest price, nearly £100 cheaper, for the same "Scudo Alfie" vanity unit, compared to other suppliers. Delivery direct from the manufacturer next day which was surprising and exceeded my expectations!
