Customer service was really good. Ordered a sling that arrived in the wrong colour. The issue was dealt with on the same day and the next day I received the correct sling. They even arranged for a courier to pick up the wrong order and take it back free of charge. So even though I received the wrong item originally, it’s the customer service that gets 5 stars from me.

Terrible, ordered a sling and paid for next day delivery.
I chased them when the order hadn’t arrived several days later and was told that they were waiting for a deliver from Didymos to then send the item on - so the item wasn’t even in stock despite offering next day delivery.
Colin from customer service is very pleasant in email however I am still waiting for a refund having now cancelled the order - very untrustworthy company.

Some colleagues ordered a sling for me ahead of the birth of my son who was due in mid-April. The expected lead time of the product when it was ordered on the 3rd April was 2-3 weeks. My son was born on the 15th April and in the midst of parental leave, the fact that the sling hadn't arrived passed us by as sleepless nights, visits to the hospital and the general stress of new parenthood took its toll.

I eventually checked in with a colleague to see if they had received any order updates on the sling as it still hadn't been received at the beginning of July. A response was received from LTBN saying that it should have been delivered a while ago. No kidding. The message also said that they would be in touch when they knew more.

On the 17th July my colleague reached out again as despite the promise that they would be in touch, they were not. On the 18th we were told that the sling had been "arranged to be re-dispatched, but it could be 2 weeks before it arrives".

More radio silence follows, but I naively assumed that they were being true to their word and waited the 2 weeks, getting in touch again on the 5th August to ask for a tracking number.

The response came back that there was an "unexpected delay" with the product and I was instead offered an alternative (and also cheaper) sling, no mention of any recompense for the 4 months we'd gone without it and the expectation that we'd jsut accept the cheaper product that we didn't want and just go away.

I rejected the proposal today but I'm shocked that this company was happy to not dispatch a product for 3 months and not notify the intended receipient. Most of their customers are presumably parents of very young children who may be struggling to keep on top of a lot of the admin that goes with living in this world and it's hard to read their apathetic approach to customer service as anything except an attempt to take advantage of people when their lives are the most stressful and disorganised that they are ever likely to be.

That's not to say I believe that's a deliberate policy, but I expect it's more a case that there's a tacit knowledge that they can offer a subpar service to people without the energy to properly complain.

Just wanted to say how amazing Beth was on our consultation. Her knowledge and passion for babywearing are amazing, and she is so patient and friendly. No question was too silly, she had all the time in the world for us.

I now realise I was using my sling all wrong, a few hours with Beth has me babywearing like a pro. Thank you!

I bought a twin baby carrier on the 30th of August. They emailed me the following day to say they thought they had the item in stock but they have now realised they don't but expect it to be in stock the following week. I waited and heard nothing so i followed up again and got the same story.

It got to the 18th of September with still no sign of dispatch so I requested to cancel my order. They apologized and accepted my request to cancel and stated I would be refunded in full. It is now a 1.5 months later and I still have not recieved a refund. I have emailed them on the 17th and 30th of October as to when I can expect a refund and have not received any response.

I feel like this company is a scam now as I have paid for something I never recieved and my emails ignored. I would avoid this company completely!!

Amazing service and amazing advice. Had a free zoom consult after my purchase and the advice Beth gave was incredible. All these little tips and tricks that made using my sling so much more comfortable. I was basically using it wrong lol. Can’t thank you guys enough! This has made parenting so much easier :) :) :)

I have bought 2 maternity jackets and a hoodie. But the hoodies was to wear under the jackets. On the 27th of Sep they dispatched the hoodie, but not the jacketts.
When I enqueried why they said they were waiting for a delivery!! They sold something they did not have in stock.
On the 4th of Oct I asked for it to be cancelled. Today is already the 13th and I haven't received an refund yet!

Impressed with this store, it was my first purchase. Great communication and quick delivery. I bought a carrier and a coat on two separate occasions and am very happy with the service and products. Highly recommend!

Like many other people have said here, I still have not received my refund after more than 3 weeks, even after they emailed me confirming receipt of my return and that my refund had been processed. I’ve had to chase 3 times, and have now reported the issue to my bank and sought help from Citizens Advice.

Misleading returns information on website and poor customer service. Promotes ‘30 days easy returns’ on the main page of the website but doesn’t highlight only 14 days for a refund. Emails got ignored, wouldn’t recommend.

Edit: 25th February was the date of the most recent ignored email. Just took me a while to write my review. Thank you for the sarcastic response- I most definitely had two emails ignored when I requested a refund!

Further email communication from Colin: “I must have thought our lack of reply implied that you couldn't return it outwith the returns period for a refund”

So basically they just ignored me after being caught out by the misleading returns information as they didn’t care and had no intention of helping me. Awful attitude and really would not recommend!

Left a review on their website too that won’t get published as it wasn’t 5 stars.
