Thank you for your review although I am sorry to hear you are disappointed.
I can see you have already spoken to a member of the team and the duplicate booking has been cancelled and refunded, so I hope the issue is now resolved.
As for your point regarding the tickets being issued closer to the time, this is the policy of the venue you have booked with, not LOVEtheatre. As a third party company we are bound by their policies so we are unable to issue the tickets sooner, however we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
