Low quality material
Love shack fancy forgot to indicate on the shipping that duties were prepaid, so FedEx demanded additional duties. Company says they will refund in 3-5 business days. Had to waste almost an hour going to a FedEx shipping centre. Floral leggings I purchased have a run in the fabric near the knee and I’ve had them less than 24 hours. More crap manufactured you know where. Designs are cute, but no quality for the price. Never again.
I used to really like this brand
I used to really like this brand. But in the past couple of years the quality of their clothing has gone down as exponentially as their prices have gone up. Having worked in luxury retail for years it looks like they’re spending their money on expanding and opening stores while sacrificing the quality of their products. History shows that’s the beginning of the end. E.G. Calypso St. Barth.
When I do buy now. I only buy from a trusted retailer. Usually Saks or Nordstrom. And on sale. The clothing is cute but not even worth half of what they’re charging now.
And I started this review to say never buy from the website. Not good customer service. And they will send things in terrible condition.
LOVE shack fancy customer service is CRAP
Ordered a set of the small perfumes as a gift. One of the vials came broken my friend threw the broken vial without telling me and taking a picture. I reached out to love shack fancy and they want a picture of the broken vial that was thrown away when the gift was opened and it was broken. I told them she has the two that are fine but the third one was broken so it was thrown out. They never respond other than telling me to send them a picture of the broken vial. After I respond, I receive another response a day later with the same information. I reach out to them again all I get is crickets. No one responds. I reach out again asking for a supervisor and nothing. I will never never buy from them again everything at that store is super expensive with the crappiest customer service in have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!
I never received my order worth $250
I never received my order worth $250. The delivery was made to an incorrect location, which was evident in the photo. I tried calling the shop numerous times, but there was no response. I also emailed them multiple times, but they only responded by saying that I didn't take extra protection and they cannot help me. I am shocked that my $250 has been stolen. I am reporting this incident to the Federal Trade Commission, and I will also be tagging every social media outlet that I use to let shoppers know about my experience and to be wary of this dishonest company.
Don't bother, they take preorders and never fill them
I have placed about a dozen orders over the past 9 months. Shipping is slow, and packaging is cheaply done. My last order was placed on 12-14-2024. I ordered a pair of pants, a child skirt, and preordered a pink satin skirt. Immediately my money was refunded for a pants. Item was available then canceled. The childs skirt arrived. I awaited my pre-order of the satin skirt and completely forgot about it. I went online 3 days ago and looked at the skirt again which was available but not in my size and realized I had placed the pre-order and never received it. I had to contact them email. They said my size was no longer available despite begin pre-ordered and never sent me a email. They never sent me a refund until I CONTACTED them. I am so done with Loveshack and their overpriced junk. They take orders, do not fill them, and never contact you.
Hit or Miss Quality for High Price
I've been to Love Shack multiple times and purchased so many items both in store and online. In person, I've only ever shopped at the Nashville location. Every time I went there, there was one main associate that helped me, Kara. She was so friendly and always made sure she had stock for me that's she knew I would love. She would even email me with ne arrivals to order before they hit the floor. Since she's left, I've received texts from what seem to be am associate at Love Shack and they say of I need anything that they're happy to help, however anytime I text back about an item, they never respond.
The biggest reason I stopped shopping at LSF was because of the quality. I bought a beautiful sweater with the cutest bow on it and sequins. I believe the sweater was in the $200 range. However, the first time I ever wore it, I noticed so many of the sequins were loose, dangly, and on the verge of falling off. This isn't the only item I've had quality issues with, and when I'm spending an average of $2,000 per visit, I would expect consistent quality.

Shame on the two shop assistants. If you have any shopping criteria/ preferences for customers, you should stick a note on your entrance door.

Stained items and terrible customer service.
My items came stained and misprinted. I went back and forth with customer service and they offered me a 15% off coupon for my next purchase and didn’t actually assist. I ordered 3 items, and 2 of them were damaged. Paid $800 and they won’t even email me back, after I asked for assistance and all they could do was 15% off my next purchase. Don’t buy from here you’re going to be disappointed from the items.

So disappointed. Ordered Christmas gifts on Nov. 15. Have received no communication- just emails to get me to buy more. After reaching out numerous times, I was given a later ship date. When that passed, I reached out again only to be told “maybe” Jan. 7. Very poor customer service. This should have been communicated up front. For example, Ugg gave me an option to request a backorder that would ship on Dec. 1. I agreed and had items Dec. 6. I was never told my item was out of stock and then was told Dec. 11. Now after asking again.. Jan. 5 and I have no gift for a young girl. Disgusting service.

Probably the worse customer service I have received in a very long time. Their clothing does not meet standard measurements and when I called to try to get a refund for a dress that was 2 sizes smaller than what I purchased, they refused to assist. Never again will I purchase here and would definitely not recommend.
Sag Harbor Store Welcome
I visited LSF in Sag Harbor
Erica gave me the very best of welcomes. She explained the company ethos, she told me about the new London store and encouraged me to visit there. She also ran through items in the sale, told me about everything in the store and offered us a seat at a beautiful french style sofa. Erica looked beautiful, she had styled a LSF black dress in such a cool way, wearing it with a sheer black top and cowboy boots. She looked stunning.
I would definitely recommend anyone in Sag Harbor visit this pretty stunning place. It made me feel happy and as for the clothes, little girls big girls and everything in between… please can I have everything in there!!!!

Placed an order on April 19th
Placed an order on April 19th, 2023 & paid $45 for next day shipping. If orders are still going to take 1-2 days to ship, why offer NEXT DAY shipping. Online customer service is less than subpar for the prices we’re paying. Only received 2 of the 3 items on April 24th with no follow up about the third. I guess I was suppose to ASSUME it’ll eventually arrive.
Finally spoke to someone on the customer service line who said they would get back to me about the missing 3rd item. NOTHING! The fact that my daughter loves this place, is sad. I would much rather spend the money elsewhere & receive some kind of care. Order #329522

I visited the Nashville store opening weekend and had the best experience, Beck was super kind along with the entire staff! I have been a love shack customer for a few years now and have never had issues with the website. However, the clothes are super pricey and often run 1-2 sizes smaller hence why I give 4 stars.

On March 7th, I purchased a dress from "Love Shack Fancy" website, and of course, the money was IMMEDIATELY deducted from my debit card account. The website stated that orders are "shipped out between 1 to 3 business days." I received an email with an order number and a delivery date of March 21st. I was ok with that date, being that I don’t need the dress until March 24th. Fast forward to a week and a half later, my order status remained "ordered" on their website...meaning my order still haven't shipped. I contacted their customer service via email, and a reply was sent back to me the following day... stating that the warehouse will be contacted and that my order will ship immediately. I waited for two more days and then checked my order status again. My dress did NOT ship as stated in the email I was sent. I sent another email to them stating that I would file a fraud complaint with my bank, but I never received a reply to that email.
Two days later, SURPRISINGLY I was sent a refund from Love Shack Fancy via my bank account without any explanation or apology. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER shop on the Love Shack Fancy website again due to poor unacceptable customer service. Word of advice, please do not waste your time shopping their website.
Horrible customer service
I would give them negative stars if I could. Waiting for a gown I need for a wedding. Order 296233. No one answers the customer service line. Finally got a response in email saying they would look into it shortly. Yeah right. I bet they sold my gown to a high end customer and then will leave me out in the cold. Horrible
Shortage in stock, can’t fulfill order- worst service
I bought a couple of dresses during Black Friday sales on Nov 24th and got the order confirmation. They didn’t ship the order for almost a month and after numerous emails and calls (they bothered to answer only once telling me that they are delayed in shipping). I finally just now got an email confirming that my order is cancelled and I will get a full refund. This is a joke. Never shopping here again. They were selling items they don’t have in stock. Worst customer service.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, no one answers calls on the customer service line, saw my DM and didn't answer, dress not shipped for over 15 days, and takes them one day to respond to one email without fully answering your questions about the where about of your dress. Probably not going to shop here again. Horrible customer service for the price of clothing.

Terrible service--and the clothes they sent were missing buttons. The return process is in need of serious help. Don't hold your breath waiting for the credit to appear on your card--took me three more angry emails to them.
Having to go through chargeback to obtain a refund!
I bought a dress & a T-shirt from them, the dress looked nothing liked the photo & the T-shirt was very short. So I returned both. The tracking info shows they received these both back 3 1/2 weeks ago. I contacted them a week ago asking where my refund was. They responded saying they would look into it. Since then nothing. I’ve sent 4 emails since & all have been ignored. Very disappointed in them! Poor customer service. I’m having to go through my bank now to obtain my refund, which is terrible!
