LoveitBookit Anmeldelser

First time we have booked with loveitBookit.
Excellent customer service, many of thanks to Olivia who made the booking process so easy.

Olivia was great. I did a quick chat online initially and then asked her to call me in order to ask questions more easily. She called immediately. Booking was quick and easy and she was very knowledgable We have used loveitbookit before and would gaily recommend to anyone

So helpful and knowledgable. Friendly and comprehensive advice and knowledge. Quick and easy to book and get help.

Natalie was excellent - friendly but very professional. The cruise we were interested in was excellent value for money and much cheaper than anywhere else for the same holiday. There was no pressure to book leaving us to book in our own time. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service as always from initial contact by phone with Becky, who answered all of our questions fully and was happy to add extra nights in an hotel after our cruise ends in Tokyo. The written quote arrived swiftly on email, clearly detailing itinerary & costs. We rang & booked the following day. It’s lovely to deal with professionals like Becky, who are friendly & understand the value of great customer care.

Made an enquiry about an advertised 5* Epic Australian Outback to Reef Adventure, and was dealt with by Olivia Smith. She provided a friendly & efficient service, furnishing me with all the details & price options.
Upon digesting the information with friends, I have today booked the trip with Olivia.
Would happily use her again. Thanks

Hi, my wife and I have booked a customised holiday with LoveitBookit. The customer service handler was Olivia Smith. We have used LoveitBookit on many occasions and have never been disappointed with the service provided. We are pleased to confirm that Olivia was no exception. Olivia was totally across her brief in every area, she was friendly, patient, able to adapt to our preferred itinerary and willing to go the extra mile with outstanding credits held by us. In short, Olivia Smith is a sizeable asset to LovitBookit. WELL DONE YOU!

Becky was very friendly and welcoming. This is our fifth time booking with LoveitBookit, and every time the people taking our bookings were very helpful and thorough. The deals are very good

Agent was very knowledgeable and great help. She was very friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had and gave a lot of information about the trip. She was great on helping me select a cabin, she understood straight away what I needed and the areas that would not be right for me. Natalie is a great asset to the love it book it team

We booked with the help of Sarah Forbes and we can not fault her. She was so helpful this will be our first cruise so didn't really know what we were doing. Sarah was so helpful explained everything in an easy to understand way answered all our questions and reassured us through each stage. Can not fault the have received so far.

Easy to use website, knowledgable and helpful agents! And huge saving on our trip!

I contacted online using their chat-bot to ask for more information about a transpacific cruise which was advertised on TV. I was quickly put through to an agent, who arranged for someone to call me. I received the call within minutes. Natalie was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything I needed to know and provided additional advice and information. She arranged our booking, took a deposit over the phone and emailed confirmation. The whole process was efficient, quick and pleasant.

Nothing was too much trouble for Natalie & she was great when we decided to split our long flight with a couple of days in Singapore, arranging alternative flights & a hotel with no fuss at all. The 5* Australian Icons itinerary & a previous good holiday experience was the reason we decided to look at booking this holiday but Natalie’s great service was a bonus and the reason we will book again in the future.

AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Olivia was very knowledgeable and helpful for the cruise we were booking. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for her help again.

Julia was a great help, sorted our cabins etc for our cruise, was sceptical about using this Company, but so far so good.

Olivia was so knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasure booking with her.

From first inquiry, right up to myself and my wife, Olivia has been very helpful and professional in answering any questions we asked her with the minimum of fuss.

I booked a Cruise today with Becky & she was so helpful from start to finish.
She explained everything that was included in the Cruise & talked me through the itinerary & answered all my questions I had.
This is only our 2nd Cruise & both times we have booked with LoveItBookIt & will do in the future.

Just booked Canada and Alaska with Olivia , 4 of us , she was very helpful and got all the information for us , (we all had lots of questions, ) up graded at different stages and able to add nights on too .

I had the pleasure of booking my next cruise holiday with LoveitBookit on Saturday. I requested a call back and within 5 minutes, Olivia returned my
call and took the time to answer very professionally all my concerns and questions. She found me different flights than advertised and delt with all my requirements. It is a refreshing change to deal with a polite, courteous and professional company.
