That's the idea behind the whole range: visible hand-shaping, uneven glazes, quiet colour, and the small irregularities that come with pieces finished by hand. Each piece is food-safe and lead-free, and the shapes are chosen for real routines — a breakfast bowl, a coffee cup, a tray for the things by your door. Thieves and lying customer service
Thieves and lying customer service. They shipped my order in two separate parcels which resulted in paying for import taxes and handling charges twice. Customer service assured me they would be handling the cost of one of the parcels but they stopped answering my email 2 months later. Clearly just empty promises until customer forgets. To add on top the mark up is twice compared to what the pottery costs and can be acquired from another company.
