Love Cuba Anmeldelser

Alex was very patient and helpful going through options

Liam made everything so easy and well planned, just had a quick call and booked. So excited to go. Feel safe and secure, being looked after by people who know Cuba, where to stay and go for the best holiday. Thank you. Will write another review when we get back.

Alexandra my agent, was so professional and helpful. It was pleasure to book through her.

Booked our Love Cuba holiday with Liam and we have had a 11/10 service, he has provided us with plenty of updates and ironed out a few paperwork niggles which we made our end 🫣 looking forward to taking our holiday in the near future.

Really helpful

Both Laura and Charmaine were professional and informative giving welcome advice and suggestions

Gave the information requested. Followed up our interest in a respectful manner. Very informative and efficient when booking our holiday. Friendly and not pushy.

Liam helped source exactly what I was looking for . Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The travel agent Alexdra was outstanding. I had many questions, but and ifs but it was no trouble for her.
She gave great tips. Truly amazing

My first contact with "love Cuba" was in 2024 and Mr L C-B ( Sr travel consultant) dealt with my queries. As he was approachable and honest, I established contact with him again last week. I have contacted other travel agents but they did not have the full expertise and their prices were not competitive. Their main objectives were to sell holiday packages. As usual, Mr L C-B and the team always responded to my messages promptly and ready to give me all the options available. He is competent especially in Cuban holidays and did his utmost to meet our needs. He delivers a service for the benefit of the customers as well as the company. No hard sell. Always professional and will negotiate for a good competitive package. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to friends and relatives. I will comment again when we return from holiday and I think it will be a good test. Thank you J & S
