Been battling a return for more than 2 months... I have tried to resolve this issue many times. with no luck... they are stringing me along for the ride. Always with the same response... Accounting department hasn't processed the return yet. for 2 long months....

Bought the wireless headlight online... and was sent a wrong product, terrible quality—cheap and nothing like the one advertised.

I bought some standard loupes and tried them for 5 minutes and realized they're not for me. Trying to get and RMA from them was torture-they just kept trying to get me to try another pair. I've returned them as instructed and still no reply regarding refung.

I’ve used a few other loupe brands throughout my career, but none match the combination of quality, comfort, and value that Schultz offers. Worst customer service ever!

After 3 months and numerous failed attempts at getting a working loupe/adapter/ light combination, I had to argue for another month before they would provide a RMA. Now they have had their product and my money for 8 MONTHS. I get nothing but a run around every time I inquire about what the hold up is. Fraudulent company practice or grossly incompetent? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible customer service. The loupes were poorly fitting and they were initially refusing to allow me to return after multiple requests to return the item. Finally after returning, I have not received any updates regarding my refund. I have reached out multiple times. It's been a month. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend as this is completely fraudulent and against their "guarantee" they don't stand behind at all.

I ordered ergonomic loupes as a dental hygienist. The loupes either came with a screw missing where the oculars attach to the frame, or it fell out within 10 days of adjusting to the new loupes. The provided strap is not secure and would slide off of the arms during and after treatment. They are heavy on my nose and uncomfortable after an 8 hour day. I have owned several other pairs of loupes and have not experienced quality issues like this previously, so I opted to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. Customer service repeatedly suggested I return the loupes for repair. I reiterated I would like a refund, and they eventually stopped responding. Would not recommend this company.

CROOKS!!!!!!! They are crooks!!! They sen me the WRONG replacement battery for my loupes because the never had the right one in stock and then REFUSE to send the right one OR give refund. I have already contacted the AG of Tennessee as well as fraud department of Visa.
