Fast Collection
Highly recommend London Waste Management. They sent round a team with very little notice - both times I have used them, the removal team have worked quickly and efficiently. Prices seem fair and are fully tailored to the amount of waste.

Getting rid of rubbish
I have used London Waste Management before and found getting a quote easy I don't have to wait in for the collection.
I also arranged the collection via web chat and email so it was all very simple to organise. Will be using them again for when I need to sort out my garden.

Chairs removal was booked to be done…
Chairs removal was booked to be done today between 12 pm and 5 pm, yet nobody appeared to collect them. I called London Waste Management around 5:20 pm, and somebody from their team wrote me that they reach out to me in couple of hours. At almost 11 pm, still nobody came to pick up chairs. I wonder if this company is legit at all, and I wasted 45 pounds and the whole day waiting for their lack of services.

The service from quotation to completion was really efficient, friendly and timely. I really appreciated speaking to someone on the phone first and foremost. The team that came on the day were respectful and friendly especially nearing Christmas time - stress and hassle free service and even when I had a last minute item to add to the booking they handled it with a 'can-do' attitude. The job was wrapped up swiftly and on time. I felt very happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

Excellent service! 2nd time we have used this service and we will use again.
The website was easy to use, identifying the item for collection with an option to add extra details. The collection team communicated ahead of their arrival, were on-time, quickly collected the item and were polite and friendly.
On the second occasion of using, we had to ask for a last minute rescheduling and the head office/collection team were accommodating of the late change.

Good option for collection and recycling
Fitted us in at the last minute for collection of old furniture before new hospital grade furniture arrived on the same day. Busy time of year so we appreciated that. I guess difficult to be definite with times of arrival but once arrived quick service. I would recommend them and use them again thanks.

We scheduled to have an old mattress…
We scheduled to have an old mattress picked up between 7 AM and noon. Unfortunately, no one arrived. At 11:40, we received a call informing us it wouldn't go as planned.After following up, we were assured they would come later in the afternoon. However, they never showed up.Once more, we reached out and were promised a call from the team and that the pickup would definitely happen. Still, no one came.The mattress remained on our driveway.Update: At 7:20 PM, someone finally came, so I increased my rating to three stars.

Sofa Removal
I had a great experience with the London Waste Management Company. They dismantled and removed my sofa's quickly and efficiently. The team arrived within the time slot I was allocated and were polite and professional. The whole process was hassle free from booking to collection. I’d definitely recommend them for bulky waste removal and furniture disposal.

Consistently Excellent Waste Collection Service
I’ve hired London Waste Management Company several times over the past year, including multiple large furniture removals. Most recently, I booked a collection for general waste and flattened cardboard boxes.
Every time, their pricing has been competitive, and the team has been consistently professional, reliable, and punctual. The manager, Pierre, is especially communicative and helpful, which makes the whole process very easy and stress-free.
