Great service, never have any issues. Any concerns you can email them and they will get back to you ASAP.

so easy and streamless to ordering and the staff are lovely

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item costing £235 which was advertised as next-day delivery via DPD with a signature required.

The parcel never arrived. When I checked the DPD tracking, the delivery photo clearly showed a parcel outside a property with a white front door. My home has a brown front door, and I was at home waiting for the delivery. There is also no signature recorded, despite the parcel requiring one.

I contacted the company immediately, but rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was repeatedly told to wait while they investigated with DPD. I have still not received my item or a satisfactory resolution. I have also been told I may receive paperwork from DPD to complete for compensation, despite my contract being with the retailer, not the courier. No paperwork has been received from DPD and the retailer has not provided any evidence that this has been investigated.

For a purchase of this value, I expected much better customer service and for the retailer to resolve the issue directly. Instead, I have been left chasing updates and forced to raise a chargeback through my bank. Unfortunately, based on my experience, my bank has informed me that the retailer refused any communication when they reached out.

The clinic is now refusing to update me and threatened to stop investigating where the parcel if I continued with asking my bank to issue a chargeback - they have blocked me on social media and kept my money - please do not fall for their adverts and fake reviews

Please beware of this scam

I am on my first week. When applying the process was easy to understand and thorough, including photo. I like that it is not subscription based and I can order supplies ahead of time as I travel a lot for long periods, so need to take meds with me. I am on day 3, MJ. Looking forward to my weight loss journey with LSC alongside me. Thank you for the prompt attention and fast delivery.

Easy to use website, very quick delivery service. Very pleased with results.

I use the wegovy as its so much more effective for me than MJ.
The product has changed my life in such a positive way! The ordering is so easy yet not reckless as it goes through all the correct checks in the assessment of need. The delivery is always received very quickly and packaged to keep the product cool . I would highly recommend the product and clinic.

Brilliant service! Delivery is always very quick and very good packaging, can highly recommend the LSC!

Excellent customer service for at least a year, very straightforward reordering, and no annoying texts to buy more, more, more. I would appreciate a slightly lower price comparable to other newer companies, but I do really look forward to the bank holiday discounts. Great company.

Excellent service. I've been a LSC customer for 9 months now and their systems and approach to customer service are exactly what you want in a busy world. The system keeps me updated on my order and the approval process, deliveries are always timely, well packaged and any time I have needed help, Ayesha in the customer team has been prompt and super-helpful.

Exceptional service from start to finish.

Excellent service and efficient delivery and kind staff

Very professional service, always available and responsive, sound advise.

I used LSC a few years ago, but had little benefit from the medication. After having worked with another company for 18 months, I'm now back with LSC, and I'm very pleased with the service I've received so far. They are professional and I'm excited for the future!
