He is very knowledgeable and patient, and explained all our mortgage options and was always ready to answer any questions we had. We received our mortgage offer within a couple of weeks and the whole process was seamless. Zaki and Lisa were in constant communication with updates and nothing was ever too much for them. They kept in touch till we exchanged contracts on our new home. They are a credit to their company and we will not hesitate to use them again.
