London Graphic Centre Anmeldelser

Ordered on line arrived within three days well packaged
Excellent service
Thank you

The airbrush paint was great colours - need to buy some thinner to get it through my airbrush properly, maybe the next time I order

I found the website easy to navigate. My purchase was made very easy and was a very reasonable price. The article was extremely well packaged and was delivered very quickly. I would certainly purchase from this company again.

Wonderful Service! for my small order - arrived quickly and well- packed. Would use service again and would recommend service to all.

I'm very pleased with the items I ordered, namely Arches watercolourpaper and Dr Martins bleed proof white and each product was discounted in price. The order was a little slower to dispatch than other suppliers, but that said, the postage was free due to my spending over £30 and arrived well packaged. I highly recommend London Graphics Centre for selling good value high quality artists products.

I ordered 3 canvas. Price was excellent and they arrived in tip top condition. There was a minor issue with delivery times which was sorted by the customer service team. All in all I'm pleased with my experience.

The London Graphic Centre is the place to be!

I've shopped here a few times but never online. The products are fantastic and the prices alongside the choice are second to none.

The Japanese stationery is essentially good!!

A great place to go, shop online or even better in person for any stationery lover...

Fully recommended!

Excellent web site and choice of products. Really impressed, very pleased with the bag I ordered. Great quality.

This art supply company is very good! Always have everything I need and the paper I recently ordered was packaged brilliantly so that it doesn't get damaged in transit. Thanks guys and will be ordering again

Strong storage boxes, as described . Swift delivery. Will definitely use again if anything else required

It is hard to get the range of colours in this particular paint, which is my favourite. I loved finding the full range in one place

Faster than predicted delivery.
Everythi g i ordered, no probs.
thank-you very much.

Pros:
• Excellent selection of hard-to-find items (especially Copic markers)
• User-friendly website with intuitive ordering system
• Responsive customer service
• Efficient refund process when issues arise

Areas for Improvement:
• Order fulfillment accuracy needs attention - both my orders were incomplete
• Having to contact customer service for missing items is inconvenient

Despite the ordering issues, I continue to shop here due to their unique product selection. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. When problems occur, their customer service team is helpful and processes refunds promptly.

However, the shop should improve their order picking and packing process to ensure all items are included in the initial shipment. This would eliminate the need for customers to follow up about missing items.

Would recommend with the caveat that customers should carefully check their deliveries upon receipt.

Found this lovely company on the internet. The product I ordered was the best price on the internet plus free postage. It came beautifully wrapped and boxed. They despatched it quickly. It was a gift for my husband who loved it. I ordered him a two drawer Bisley filing cabinet in white. The filing cabinet is well made (not flimsy as some cheaper makes can be), the lock is really good as is the overall size. As a first time buyer with this company I can very much recommend them.

Goods were received very quickly in perfect condution

Very pleased with order and service provided. Prompt delivery too.

Exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price and delivered in good time.

Prompt and efficient service, and the paper I ordered was very well packed. My only criticism is of the delivery service used, which was perhaps excessively secure for the value of the items ordered. It took two goes to get the item delivered, because I was told it had to be signed for, and the delivery company wouldn't leave it in the box provided for parcels at the house, and I had to wait in 3 hours to get it the second time. Would it be worth only using this company and this degree of security for items of greater value than, say, £100, rather than for smaller items? I'm sure, when I've ordered from you before, that the parcels were simply left for me in the box provided, and there was no trouble. Also you might make reviewing a bit less time consuming (chasing codes and submitting titles ...)

Fantastic service, arrived in excellent shape and very happy.
