London Door Company Anmeldelser

We're extremely pleased with our new door and the wonderful service from the London Door Company.
We made the right choice going with LDC.
Yes it's not cheap but most definitely worth it.
From the customer service, design and installation they have been first class.
We have just finished a big renovation and having the door installed by the lovely fitters last week was the piece de resistance to our home.

The London Door Company quality truly is exceptional, we are thrilled with our door. The sales process was simple and efficient, the fitters were polite, professional and finished the job to a much higher standard than anticipated

All my expectations were achieved . When I saw the brochure from the london Door Company I wanted my door to look like the pictures. You certainly did not disappoint. From the wonderful service from Gary to the construction of the door and the beautiful stained glass to the installation by Josh and Miles and ofcourse the very friendly and professional repore with your customer service team, I was certainly not disappointed.
I feel very proud now every time I open my front door and know that my dear late husband would be proud too.
Thank you for your wonderful service and craftmanship.
Yours very sincerely
Patsie m Parsons (or Lady P as I now feel ).

After completing a rear ground floor extension we needed to replace out front door and after getting a few quotes and seeing different catalogues we decided to go with London Door company. Beyond their impecable design and customer service, they offered a financial payment options which was hard to turned down.
We Feld really taken care of when their designed came to us to discuss the different design options and guided us through the process including timeline. This simple gesture of coming to us rather than just a telephone consultation really made all the difference.

Really helpful from the initial consultation with the designer through the survey to installation. The door looks beautiful and has transformed the house. Thank you!

We are absolutely delighted with our new front door. It’s transformed our home’s exterior and the stain-glass makes me very happy.
The installers, Josh and Myles were brilliant - very professional, efficient and consulted us through the whole installation.

London Door Company installed a beautiful bespoke front door in our home. Amanda Johnstone is a wonderful, very professional sales rep. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitters did an excellent job ensuring that both inside and outside the door installation was finished immaculately. Amanda helped with the colour (persuading me to go with a certain colour), positioning of door furniture and wood type as we are south facing. My neighbours have all told me how nice it looks. We are delighted with it and would not hesitate to recommend Amanda and London Door Company for their professional service.

Beautiful craftsmanship. Elegant yet contemporary. The tradespeople who fitted were amazing. From order to installation communication was clear, timely and 6 weeks later I have the most beautiful original door.

Great communication and friendly staff who were very helpful at every step of the way

We are delighted with our beautiful door. It is solid, expertly made, and very safe and secure.

Very efficient and professional service. Initial consultation, client handling and installation was all flawless. Final product is excellent.

From the first visit to assess options to the final installation, my experience was excellent:
The quote: Richard Levis is a credit to the company: he explained everything in a lot of detail, gave us advice and took into account our budget to find something that worked.
The survey: done efficiently. We found that the current lock was not appropriate but LDC were pragmatic in finding a solution.
The installation: everything was done to a high standard by two installers who were professional. The door itself looked great and we have had many compliments.

Thank you LDC!

From our first meeting with Enzo Bocchetti we were impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to frtsils and our needs. The final result is very satisfying- the best door in the street and neighbours have been referred to LDC.

I requested a brochure from this company but never received it. When I followed up to inquire about their doors, I was shocked to learn that they don’t serve my area—despite seeing their vans regularly just 10 minutes away in Dartford, Sidcup, Bexley, and Orpington. It feels like there’s an arbitrary selection process at play, where some areas are catered to and others are ignored, even when we’re practically neighbours. I expected more flexibility and customer care.

Looks like I’ll be going with Banham doors after all!

Generally excellent service and craftmanship from the LDC although you will be paying top end prices. It would have been 5 stars for my wonderful new front door save for two things. The first is the BSEN kite mark in each individual pane of glass. 5 of the 6 are in the same place but number 6 is inverted. First world problems etc. however every time I look at my door I am irritated. The second is that I asked for a quote for my patio doors to be replaced. Having been somewhat surprised at the front door cost, the sales rep obviously assumed I wouldn't be able to afford the patio. He has never bothered to come back to me. Oh well, I have found another company to replace the back patio doors and will enjoy handing over my funds to them.

The original door did look lovely but unfortunately it has now started to leak and ruin our lovely wooden flooring inside. It took 10 days for someone to come and look at it and three weeks later we are still waiting for someone to come and repair the door - while we have to stuff cloths round the front door to prevent damage and hope that it doesn't rain too much while we were out. Last communication they said they could only come out in 7 weeks time - very poor

I’m completely in love with our new door. It’s exactly what I wanted and looks far more stunning in real life. I had heard that the LDC was expensive so I shopped around getting quotes from other companies, but they actually weren’t that much cheaper so we decided to go with a reputable company as the safer option. From start to finish the service was excellent. I couldn’t be happier.

Prompt and polite workmen. Good quality door installed and beautiful leaded windows. We needed to call them back to finish off the paintwork for the surround as it wasn't properly finished. This was done promptly and efficiently. The door is certainly not cheap, but it's a very good finish.

I recently had my new door fitted by The London Door Company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Enzo was incredibly helpful, patiently describing the product and answering all my questions. Initially, I was concerned about the price, but Enzo did an excellent job explaining the value and quality of the door, which gave me full confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

We opted for the Accoya door with leaded glass and a hardwood frame, and the final result has completely transformed the look of our home. The fitters arrived exactly on time and were brilliant throughout the installation process. They ensured the door was fitted with minimal disruption and left the area spotless afterwards. They also took the time to explain how to use and care for the door, which was a great touch.

The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and the installation was completed within the timescale they promised. I would highly recommend The London Door Company to anyone looking for a high-quality product and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for a seamless experience!

We had a great experience with the London Door Company! Our original door had lovely stained glass but was warping and the door itself wasn’t properly insulated. We wanted to fix the door whilst keeping with the aesthetic of the glass that remained over the door. Tom, the designer we worked with was brilliant. He didn’t oversell us and we felt like he understood exactly what we wanted - and beyond that he was able to customise the design for us and match the colours in the glass so well that the new door fits seamlessly with the glass above. James who fitted the door was also fantastic and really went the extra mile to ensure the fit was great. From start to finish - customer service, design, fit and finish were all great and I’d recommend London Door Company in future!
