From the start to finish very helpful staff. The delivery man was very helpful as I was in work and my mother took delivery of my bed. The bed is fab quality and it looks stunning.
The bed was amazing, best purchase of our lives! Worth every sent. The instructions clear, the assembly requires two people and it was very easy and straightforward. Would (and have!) Recommend!

The craftmanship in the Cabinet was Excellent and good value for money
The craftmanship in the making of the cabinet is spot on, shelves fit perfect and is solid, the doors and draws are of excellent quality. More room inside than we thought.
delivery could have been better with at least one or two people as only one person came, and would have appreciated them putting the bottom shelf into the cupboard be low, even though it took a long time to receive our Cabinet it was well worth it, would certainly recommend anyone wanted a solid wood cabinet to to deal with Lock Stock and Barrel.

Communications were easy with this company and we were kept well informed on delivery. Delivery agents took care and delivered our unit on time.

Everything was more than satisfactory. The only problem is that the piece of furniture exudes an unpleasant odour. Hope it wears off.

With regard to the odour we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. It does occasionally happen where the furniture has been packed up and we would suggest airing the room well that the piece of furniture is in and any odour should dissipate within a few days.

I'm very pleased with the Partner Desk I purchased. It's everything that I expected, Perfect for my needs as I run my business from home and this desk blends in like a part of the furniture in the house. Well made and good service
Ordered this frame and really pleased with it. Thank you Amy and Suzanne for dealing
with all the requests. Really appreciate it. The timescale was mentioned beforehand so that was great and we knew what we were in for. The bed itself is lovely. Samples were very helpful especially for colour matching.
If anything, having more dense wood would be ideal but as it is, it is really well made, beautifully crafted and good quality. Thanks

Our experience with the staff at Lock
Our experience with the staff at Lock Stock and Barrel was very good - they did everything they said they would do after we placed our order.
We were, however, slightly disappointed with the actual (expensive) filing cabinet received - drawers not very smooth; "shallower" than expected, taking fewer files than anticipated; etc.
But, overall, a good experience with LS&B staff.

I looked high and low for a classic mahogany bed, and finally I found the perfect bed with Lock Stock and Barrel. The bed is a work of art, and the customer service is wonderful. When speaking with the team, you knew instantly you were dealing with class A establishment. Extremely pleased.

Antique style mahogany desk
From those I co-ordinated with on my order online and over the phone, to the couriers on delivery day, everyone at every stage of the process was thoroughly pleasant and professional, and the desk itself looks great

Great Quality
We bought another bookcase from Lock Stock and Barrel after seeing how good the first one is!
We needed a narrow tall one to fit in a space in the office so opted for one to match the other style wise, just a different shape.
Like the other we bought - it's great. Really well packed and delivered by a hard-working professional team of English gents who carried it upstairs for us no problem.
Super furniture from a great company who employ the best English delivery teams you could ask for.
Five Stars - will buy more furniture for the spare bedroom! Lovely staff when you speak to them on the phone too. Great company!

Overall First Class
The quality and finish to the product can only be described as First Class. We were kept fully informed throughout the manufacture period with photographs issued on a regular basis. The only gremlin in the works was the length of time to deliver the product. This seemed to take an inordinate amount of time from when the photographs of the finished work were issued to the point of delivery.
The physical delivery was very smooth and the deliverers were extremely helpful.
