absolute disgusting service
my mother is not fluent in english but you can undertand whats shes trying to say. the person on the phone hung up on us around 3 times. on the last time, he just say “oh my god you dont even speak english” to my mother and hung up. like what? we’ve waited for about several hours and this is the response we get?

Snapped gear box lock
My PVC back door wouldn’t close & I phoned Locksmith Service in a panic. Andy arrived promptly & replaced the snapped lock gear box in 30 mins. It was a good job but very expensive

Patio sliding door lock
Called out straight away had a look at my patio sliding door as the lock was broken, got it opened and had to order a new lock and fitted it a couple of days later which was a great help so I can use it again, a trustworthy and reliable service, would recommend again.

Thank you for your honest review. First of all I would like to apologise that you are not completely satisfied with the experience - our customers satisfaction is the main priority for us hence why I would like to explain the situation of this case.
When you booked the job, you said that you are looking to upgrade the security level of your property which is exactly what we did. The locks you had fitted are high security, British standard, anti-snap, anti-pick and anti-drill therefore rest assured that your home is now secure.
We never use cheap copies of the parts we fit, all the locks are original and high quality which we purchase directly from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers. As you can understand we carry all the different types and sizes available with us so we can do the job right on the spot and not waste your time by having to come back twice or even more times. Please know that in the cost is also included 12-months warranty on all parts fitted by us, so if anything happens with the lock itself we will come back and replace it free of charge.

Locksmith couldn’t get in as we have no…
Locksmith couldn’t get in as we have no letterbox on our front door. He would have had to break the lock, but, instead he got in through our open first floor bedroom window and let us in that way! Phew!
